Been following this guy's blog for a while, but he recently started putting his stuff on patreon so haven't been keeping up with him as much.

However, he did write some interesting articles before the election with regards to memes being very important in the next wars. The linked article is more recent, but if some anon has some time to dig a little into his blog, they can probably find some relevant articles on memes and asymmetrical war.

Just as an overview, the guy writes about what future conflicts will look like, how tech is shaping culture, and how whoever controls the tech controls the narrative (FB, Goog, Twitter, etc.). He has also written several books on the subject.
