No, looks normal to me. It's 2 planes/jets, flying together on recon or a training exercise. Pilots know how to keep pace with each other. So well that they can set speed to match each other, turn on auto pilot, and take pics. Or it could be the RIO in the back taking the pic who has free hands nearly always.and I'm sure the RIO Doesn;t just rake 1 pic. With Analog cameras you wanted to take 20 pics of any given moment you want to capture. The poster probably selected this 1 for some specific reason.

Not sure what you mean. If anything, the plane looks nose-down and about to crash in to the sea. Other than that the 2 pics are seconds from each other.
