If age reversal and med beds were hidden away from us then why do our enemies partake in adrenochrome/stem cells/blood transfusions etc to extend their lives?
I have a couple theories of my own. One being similar to the looking glass tech. They needed people of certain vibrations/meditation experts etc to interface with the tech. Them being negative service to self beings actually can't use the tech themselves so they instead deprive us of it.
