Then you don't understand.

But even the archangel Michael, when he was disputing with the devil about the body of Moses, did not himself dare to condemn him for slander but said, โ€œThe Lord rebuke you!โ€ - Jude 1:9

Jesus said One was destined to destruction. Remember, He died and rose again. Jesus paid the price, for everyone.

Jesus told us, if we love only those who love you, what credit is it to you? Yet many Christians like to envision a God that loves only those who love him and tortures people.

No, Peter didn't accept that Jesus would "lower" Himself to die on the cross. He said "This shall never happen to you!"

Just like the Christians that claim Jesus was sinless when the scripture tells you Jesus is counted among the transgressors. Jesus told us no one took His life from Him, He gave it under His own authority. Jesus told us the one who handed Him over committed the greater sinโ€ฆ Him.

You didn't ask me but I wanted to say, it's always bothered me that Christians claim free will while also claiming the bible is literally true. Did Pharaoh have free will when God hardened his heart? Do they have free will in revelation when God puts it on their heart accomplish His purpose?
