That's the thing. If 5 cops have their guns drawn on someone, and they're saying, "put the gun down" or something, and the suspect makes a move, all 5 of those cops are just dump their mag. So a guy can easily get shot like 25+ times.
It's just annoying when blacks are like, "He was shot 40 times" as if the cops love overkill.
