Pretty sure most of these, "shooters," are designed to swing public opinion in the direction of, "take away everybodies guns. Media propaganda created and used by leftists who want to subjugate the populace and remove their only REAL obstacle to complete control of the country. There are patriots, and there are ARMED patriots. It's the armed ones they fear.
The truth is, it's an ongoing thing. Remove one head, and five more spring up. It's a never ending chore. THAT is why Franklin said, "a republic, if you can keep it." It requires CONSTANT attention and diligence.
Sure, you can improve things for a while if you know where to excise the cancer, but eventually, something else will take it's place, ergo the need for constant attention.
