Jean-Pierre: As it comes to Executive Privilege, there is no privilege for trying to overthrow the government, that's what [Biden] believes, that's why [Biden] has consistently declined to assert Executive Privilege with respect to documents or testimony about the extraordinary events under investigation by the January 6th committee.
Jean-Pierre: This is a president that has been working tirelessly, day in and day out, since he's walked into this administration, fighting for the American public.
Jean-Pierre: [President Trump's] behavior on that day, on January 6th, was atrocious…we are talking about a very dark day that, the person that was here before us, seemingly, if you watch, was very involved.
Reporter: There is a Reuters report that says more than five million barrels of oil that were released from the emergency oil reserves were exported to Europe and Asia last month, and some of it, reportedly, was actually headed to China. Is the president aware…does the president mind that some of this oil that was meant to ease pain for consumers is headed overseas?
Jean-Pierre: I have not seen that report. so I would have to go look into it and see what the truth is in that statement you just laid out.

Highland Park police spokesman: In September 2019, a family member reported [to police] that Crimo was 'going to kill everyone', and Crimo had a collection of knives. The police removed sixteen knives, a dagger, and a sword from Crimo's home. At that time, there was no probable cause to arrest.
