Ethiopia, Sudan agree to border dispute dialogue

Abiy Ahmed, the Prime Minister of Ethiopia, and General Abdel Fattah Al-Burhan, the military chief of Sudan, met on Tuesday in Nairobi, Kenya, to resolve a border dispute that has resulted in violent skirmishes recently.

After the meeting, which took place on the fringes of a summit for the Intergovernmental Authority on Development (IGAD), an eight-member regional group for the horn of Africa and neighboring states, Abiy tweeted, "We both made a commitment for dialogue (and) peaceful resolution to outstanding issues."

The IGAD conference, according to Al-Burhan, who came to power following a military takeover last year, provided them a chance "to take stock of the response" to difficulties in the area. Yet, he vdid not provide any further details.

"We are happy to convene in a very short time to discuss matters of great importance," he said.

It is worth noting that Sudan's ruling sovereign council said only that there had been a "closed-door meeting" between Al-Burhan and Abiy.

Blame game

The long-running conflict between the two nations over the rich borderland of Al-Fashqa, the area, near Ethiopia's war-torn Tigray, has long been farmed by Ethiopian farmers but is claimed by Sudan, causing tensions to rise and occasionally degenerate into violence.

The most current information came from Sudan, which claimed that seven of its soldiers and a civilian were killed on June 22 after being captured by Ethiopian forces on the Sudanese side of the border and subsequently returned to Ethiopia. Ahmed's administration has denied responsibility and blamed a local militia for the killings.

US DOS: Iran nuclear program progress 'concerning'

After the EU-mediated talks made no progress, on Tuesday, US State Department Spokesperson Ned Price expressed concern at a press briefing that Iran's nuclear program has made progress in a "wholly concerning way," and that it has "galloped forward in ways that are wholly concerning to us."

He also conveyed that Washington is disappointed that no progress was made in the revival of the JCPOA in the latest round of talks in Doha, Qatar.

"We were disappointed that Iran, yet again, failed to respond positively to the EU's initiative, and no progress was made," Price claimed during the press briefing.

According to Price, Iran has repeatedly introduced "extraneous" demands that go beyond the framework of the 2015 nuclear deal, blaming the failure of the talks on Tehran and the Iranians' "lack of seriousness."

Marandi: The West compellingly retracted some of its positions

In a press interview on Saturday, Marandi said Iran demanded throughout the negotiations that took place in Vienna to be granted tangible guarantees, rejecting the Western rhetoric that these guarantees go beyond the nuclear agreement.

Marandi explained that the Americans and Europeans were forced to gradually accept the Iranian demands, explaining that the tangible guarantees that Iran is now demanding are meant for the continuation of the nuclear agreement and do not fall outside the scope of the agreement.

Indirect nuclear talks between US, Iran fruitless

The talks have concluded in Doha without much progress due to Washington's "insistence on its positions that do not take into account Iranian interests," Iranian Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Nasser Kanani said, stressing that "during negotiations yesterday and today, Iran reiterated that a firm agreement was reached."

The American side kept insisting on its text in the 7th round of talks in Vienna, which blocked Iran from enjoying the economic benefits of the agreement.

"Due to the weakness of the Biden administration and its inability to make a final decision, the Doha meeting did not have a significant impact on the progress of negotiations," informed sources said, noting that the US is seeking to revive the nuclear agreement only to limit Iran's nuclear capabilities.

Macron to Lapid: The nuclear deal with Iran must succeed

French President Emmanuel Macron stated, on Tuesday, that the JCPOA, a 2015 nuclear agreement between major nations and Iran, needs to be revived while taking "Israel" and other regional partners' interests into consideration.

During a joint press conference with Israeli Prime Minister Yair Lapid, Macron told reporters that "we have to defend this (nuclear) deal (with Iran). And take in account the interests of our friends in the area, primarily Israel."

Macron also claimed that there was "no alternative" to political dialogue to ease tensions between "Israel" and Palestinian authorities.

Ahead of the meeting, the Israeli PM said the meeting with Macron will be an opportunity for him to convince France to synchronize pressure on Iran by both "Israel" and the West.

It is worth noting that Israeli officials are expected to push that Iran must not be allowed to extend negotiations that were held recently in Qatar after a months-long break.

Earlier today, the Israeli occupation Prime Minister Yair Lapid issued a threat to Lebanon, urging the containment of Hezbollah in order to protect what it allegedly claims to be its right in the oil and gas assets in the Karish field.

Lapid spoke to the media before boarding a flight to Paris to meet with French President Emmanuel Macron and discuss with him matters pertaining to the Mediterranean Sea and Israeli fears of what he called Hezbollah's threats to their illegal activities in the Karish field. Lapid hopes to increase pressure on Lebanon through his French counterparts.

Twitter, Fb, TikTok, more are run by the FBI, CIA, and NATO

After conducting an analysis of employment and recruitment websites, MintPress News found that Twitter has hired “an alarming number” of ex-FBI agents and other former “feds and spies.”

According to MintPress News report, “dozens of individuals from the national security state” have been hired in recent years “to work in the fields of security, trust, safety, and content.” Furthermore, it is stated that the Federal Bureau of Investigation is the chief among the places where Twitter finds future recruits. While the FBI is largely known as “a domestic security and intelligence force,” however, the report highlights that “it has recently expanded its remit into cyberspace.”

For example, the report showed that Mark Jaroszewski, the current director of corporate security and risk at Twitter, had previously worked for 20+ years at the FBI. Also, there is Karen Walsh, director of corporate resilience at Twitter after 21 years as a special agent with the FBI.

Agencies such as NATO and the Central Intelligence Agency have also been named as key apparatus for personnel higher at Twitter.

“Twitter also directly employs active army officers. In 2019, Gordon Macmillan, the head of editorial for the entire Europe, Middle East and Africa region was revealed to be an officer in the British Army’s notorious 77th Brigade – a unit dedicated to online warfare and psychological operations. This bombshell news was steadfastly ignored across the media,” the outlet stressed.

According to MintPress, Twitter's claims of neutrality are undermined by the reality that the majority of its candidates come from US national security groups which in itself “is the source of some of the largest and most extensive influence operations in the world.”

The report discussed other risks such as Twitter dealing with global topics and possibly controversies the same way the FBI views them. To prove this claim, the report analyzed a list, as compiled by Twitter, of the countries supposedly leading disinformation campaigns.

“One cannot help noticing that this list correlates quite closely to a hit list of US government adversaries. All countries carry out disinfo campaigns to a certain extent. But these ‘former’ spooks and feds are unlikely to point the finger at their former colleagues or sister organizations or investigate their operations,” MintPress explained.

Furthermore, the report highlights that Twitter adds cautionary messages to the tweets and accounts of the state-affiliated media agencies of Russia, China, Iran and Cuba, thus echoing “US hostility.” On the other hand, no warning signs are highlighted when it comes to pages of state-affiliated media of US, EU, or allies, read the report.

It is also important to note that Twitter, is not the only social media platform that is “cultivating such an intimate relationship with the FBI and other groups belonging to the secret state,” adding that “One of the media’s primary functions is to serve as a fourth estate; a force that works to hold the government and its agencies to account. Yet instead of doing that, increasingly it is collaborating with them. Such are these increasing interlocking connections that it is becoming increasingly difficult to see where big government ends and big media begins."

The report found that Facebook, with approximately 2.9 billion users whose feeds are affected by the company policy, “has entered into a formal partnership with the Atlantic Council’s Digital Forensics Research Lab.” This means that the choice of employees creates an entire and cumulative atmosphere that actively helps “decide what content to promote and what content to suppress.” In addition, Facebook also hired former NATO Press Secretary, Ben Nimmo, as its head of intelligence.

Furthermore, and according to the MintPress report, TikTok, Reddit, Thomson Reuters, and a variety of US media outlets have also been filling their organizations with alumni from US national institutions such as the Atlantic Council, NATO, CIA, and the State Department.

it's obviously not her coming out of Chelsea's apartment. I read back then that Chelsea's place was fully equipped like a mini hospital, in case of such emergencies. So the real HRC stayed up to get medical treatment, while the double was parading in front of the cams.

Right now, I know there is still one rat left. It's not Bill for sure. He's long gone. So who is it? Is it the mother demon or the daughter demon?

By the way, what's this theory about Chelsea being a male? I know she is that Hubbell kid, but it's my first time hearing the theory about Chelsea being a male.
