Trump and Congress should initiate changing the law back to 1998 standards, just to see Hillary & Obama squirm.
Supposedly the Rosenbergs couldn't be tried for treason because we weren't at war with Russia but there seems to be loopholes because they were tried for espionage and executed.
They were tried in a NY federal court.
Trump's executive order allowing him to take civilians before a military tribunal goes into effect in January.
I think those convicted of treason used to have a choice between injection or hanging, before they changed it to life imprisonment.
