I come in peace. 13A combined with the Commerce Clause should be understood because it pertains to a powerful tool POTUS has regarding child/human sex trafficking, immigration, sanctuary cities/states and voting.. pic1a is an important part of the 14A and provides POTUS with the power to remove sitting Judges. The commerce clause has been used ( unsuccessfully) at times to interfere with violations of the 13&14A. The psychological coercion of involuntary servitude has been struck down ( IMHO needs to be revisited based on current use of coercion) Big words I know.. what I am saying here is because the dems locked up males of the black community, the females have been forced to rely upon the state/feds for income as they raise their children. The Dems have spent decades screaming that repubs are going to cut off your welfare. Although this is psychological coercion to get the black community to vote against repubs, it is also legal coercion and it does fall under the 13thA . Dems have been threatening blacks with a loss of sole income if they vote repub. We have a new version of slavery in our Country and it is related to illegal immigrants. California Government is participating in human trafficking and they have been for a very long time. All of these CEO's stepping down and claiming they want to run for office are doing so as a way to later claim protection against POTUS for targeting a political rival. These businesses who have been harboring, benefiting, employing, or otherwise securing illegal immigration, have been doing so in violation of the 13A.
