All those words mean king/ruler. The only rulers are of one specific bloodline. The slaves are not of that line. You do not own and consume of your same species.

The etymology is an important point to you perhaps, but not to the general understanding of the global human livestock plantation, and the 'families' that run/own it.

Every colonized and 'domesticated' land has a language… and a word for 'king'.
