I'm on the fence, as an American and a recently retired military veteran, I can attest that Obama pushed out the faithful servants and infiltrated the government at every conceivable level.
It appears Trump could have done something but it's possible he just got stabbed in the back by all agencies.
It's subjective and I don't claim to know the answer, just my 2 cents.
