ITALY: Rome & Bologna are introducing Europe’s first social credit system. Just like you’d expect they present this ‘Smart Citizen Wallet’ as “voluntary” and they state they’ll “reward” citizens with digital points for ‘good’ behaviour that’s “in line with the 2030 SDGs”.
