We don't really know anything except what reporters have said. They said a group of people planted explosives. They have video right? Another thing is, it looks like an amateur job. They might have had explosives or whatever but they didn't know how to use them properly. Placement of bomb would tell a lot more of what the target was exactly, if it was just one stone or if it was meant to blow them all up and failed. Time will tell I suppose. As for comms, idk. The message I read if it is comms is that this monument to the NWO has been hit. That's the comms if it were to be any. I don't see how this some kind of warning to the people. They would just use their normal brainwashing methods. Whoever did this, in my opinion, it looks like it's gonna be a local.
