My understanding is Hilldawg had it all set up. It's beyond this Anon, but Trump tweeted about it and basically they were going to drop some small nukes in the middle east and there was a huge collection of ISIS (Or something) and that was going to set off a Holy War that leads to all out Nuclear War.
Remember how Putin pulled all those Russians back home before the election? That was, I guess, the gambit, that Putin wouldn't let it go down and would be forced to nuke a lot of the world in order to protect Russia.
