Call for a Digg
There's a story going around in Massachusetts that politicians there seem to want to keep quiet. It's too big for me to digg thru alone so I am asking for help from Night Shift and Day Shift.
Some documents recently filed in the Massachusetts Legislature, United States Congress and elsewhere
are now making their way around Beacon Hill and the Mass. politicians are in a total panic. Several aides are pissed off and want action but cannot go against their bosses or they'll lose their jobs.
The recently filed documents include 27 petitions asking the Massachusetts Legislature to remove 27 Massachusetts judges from their jobs (including the entire panel of the Massachusetts Supreme Court), plus 2 other petitions for immediate admission to the Massachusetts Bar filed by two people who allegedly had their Bar Exams tampered with by Massachusetts public officials.
These allegations sounded crazy to me until I saw that they seem to be supported by affidavits, court records (including Supreme Court records that make the Supreme Court look really incompetent, or worse, intentionally criminal), research, screen shots, payroll records, law, etc.
There's a lot of info to digg thru that's included in the recent filing so I'm calling for a digg.
The politicians who received the filings seem motivated to keep them quiet, apparently because nothing like this has ever been filed in our country before.
The allegations should be made public because if the allegations of criminal conduct by the Mass Supreme Court and others are true, then this would require the upcoming Bar Exam to be immediately canceled in Mass. and even nationally.
Supposedly the documents indicate that the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court has failed to legally appoint members to the Massachusetts Board of Bar Examiners since 2010 or even earlier. Meaning there apparently hasn't been a real Board of Bar Examiners in place to legally administer the Massachusetts Bar Exam since 2010. Supposedly the Mass. Supreme Court put all control of the Bar Exam under just one person called Marilyn Wellington who had a terrible background for fraud and dishonesty, rather than under control of a legal Board of Bar Examiners, as required by Mass. state law.
Marilyn Wellington , who's allegedly been illegally controlling all Bar Exams in Mass since 2010, recently left her job in May but was hired to work for the National Conference of Bar Examiners that controls almost every Bar Exam in the country in June.
We need to digg into these people.
Running the testing without the Board of Bar Examiners reminds me of the supposed takeover of certain District Attorney offices in our country by people like Soros, but it's even worse because the scheme, if true, allows them to keep anyone they want out of the profession, entirely, with no accountability to a Board of Bar Examiners (because they have apparently not been appointing any since some time before 2010).
Almost all of the alleged Bar Exam related impropriety is discussed inSection VIIof the big document that was filed, so I'll put the link to the filing below.
If the Supreme Court in Mass. has been violating the 3 state laws relating to Mass. Bar Exam administration since 2010 or earlier, then thousands of people have been harmed and the Mass. Supreme Court has been violating state and federal laws. Not only that, but nothing the Mass Supreme Court does can be trusted until the current members are replaced by people who follow the laws and Constitution.
The July Bar Exam is happening soon, and if it's not stopped then even more people will be victimized. Also, if this is true, then federal crimes have been committed by the Mass Supreme Court with regard to not only the administration of the tests but also with the more than $10 million (possibly double) that was used to supposedly fund the fake Board of Bar Examiners that apparently didn't even exist. And then there are the cases of tampering with Bar Exams discussed in the filing.
It's a mess but if it's true we have to demand justice. Since nobody in Massachusetts wants to address it, Anons must digg and spread the word.
Oh yeah, there's a lot of other alleged misconduct in the document, and also a section discussing a member of the Mass Governor’s Council (the agency of the Governor that appoints judges in Mass) called Christopher Iannella who recently attended an official meeting in his underwear, on Zoom, and intentionally ripped a fart on camera, but nobody in Governor Baker office seems to care. Pics and video included.
