Good question. This is a stitched video from multiple angles.
That being said, there is a silver Sedan driving away after the explosion.
However I will also say this…
Security cameras can be blinded for a temporary period… static disruption to break the transmission long enough.
It doesn't take long, or very much effort, to disrupt a camera long enough to do the thing.

We need to find as much of the unedited footage possible from whatever angles available.
This is going to take a frame by by frame analysis of the available angles to look for a projectile.
The speed at which such a projectile would be going means you'd likely only find -MAYBE- 2 to 3 frames with a projectile in it.
