More Biden Family ChiCom Connections Uncovered

Names of top U.S. officials and Google executives found as contacts on Hunter Biden’s infamous laptop.

Listen

The New York Post has continued to dig into Hunter Biden’s infamous laptop and has uncovered yet more evidence tying Joe Biden to his son’s foreign business dealings. Surprise! The latest laptop unearthing also reveals the names of several U.S. lawmakers involved with China policy, as well as 10 senior Google executives. The party just keeps getting bigger.

Two former U.S. Democrat senators, John Kerry and Max Baucus, are included in Hunter’s list of contacts. Both Kerry and Baucus had ties to China during the Obama administration when the senior Biden was vice president. Kerry served as secretary of state and Baucus was the U.S. ambassador to China. Unsurprisingly, neither Kerry nor Baucus were available for comment.

Republican Senator Ron Johnson (WI) responded to this latest laptop revelation by stating: “Once again, this raises questions about the extent to which Hunter Biden used his father’s name for personal gain. Why does Hunter have these contacts? Did he ever meet or contact these individuals in their official capacity? And if so, how did those contacts benefit Hunter, his father, and Biden Inc.?”

One of the few individuals who did offer comment was former Google executive Kenneth Davies. “He was pitching some crazy things like some Chinese stuff,” Davies said of Hunter. “We kind of looked at it and I kinda scoffed at it. He certainly did not know what he was talking about as it relates to energy. It was very much ‘I am Hunter Biden — look at the last name. Rosemont Seneca. We are brokering deals.’ He certainly did not have subject matter expertise about what he was trying to pitch.”

What this latest revelation shows is just how connected Hunter Biden was to individuals in senior positions in both Google and the U.S. government, and all these lucrative connections were thanks to his father. As Davies also observed of Hunter, “My overall impression [was] this guy has clearly just been riding daddy’s coat tails and I have better things to do with my time.”

The senior Biden’s repeated claim that he never had anything to do with his son’s business ventures continues to be exposed as a lie. Not only has Hunter’s former business partner Tony Bobulinski confirmed it, noting that the “big guy” reference in one of Hunter’s emails was Joe Biden, but the lie has been further exposed with the treasure trove of information coming the laptop.

Just how compromised is Biden due to his and his son’s deals with China? If the Republicans take over Congress come November as is widely anticipated, expect them to dig into it looking for answers. The J6 Committee can be put to bed and a new legitimate congressional investigation into the Biden’s begun.

Biden’s Intentional Border Invasion

The crisis is not something Biden just needs to fix — because he has purposefully created it.

Print

Listen

Joe Biden created this border crisis on purpose. He did it willfully and intentionally. It is dereliction of his presidential duty, an impeachable offense, and it is deliberate, methodical, and also core to the Left’s agenda.

That isn’t something you’ll hear from the mainstream media. Even Fox News seems to treat the border crisis as something that Biden just needs to get a handle on rather than something he has wantonly set in motion. New York/Beltway journalists usually tend to think in terms of checkers rather than chess.

By contrast, we in our humble shop beat this drum again and again and again and again and again and again and … okay, you get the idea.

Now, this isn’t to say that Team Biden would rather not have “border crisis” constantly splashing across the headlines. The same goes for monthly news about yet another record number of illegal border crossings. When more than 50 illegal migrants die in a trailer, that’s on Biden’s hands, and he’d certainly prefer you didn’t think so. After all, his poll numbers are bad enough.

Nevertheless, a borderless society is the goal for the Left. We have no right to keep out migrants, leftists tell us. They need the Nanny State to care for their needs, don’t you know. Root causes, and all that. And, oh, by the way, Democrats are the party of the Nanny State, so vote for them come election time.

Yet the reality is that it’s an invasion, and several Texas counties just labeled it as such.

“We’re being invaded. The facts are there,” said Kinney County Judge Tully Shahanin a press conference with officials from Kinney, Goliad, Terrell, and Uvalde (yes, that Uvalde) Counties. “This is real. We want America to know this is real. America doesn’t know what’s happening here.”

Representative Chip Roy likewise said, “[This is] an invasion of the state of Texas that is undermining our security, risking the health and well-being of Texans, allowing fentanyl to pour into our schools and communities, for Texans to die, allowing our ranches to get run over, empowering cartels who are well-armed along the border with their tentacles reaching into Texas.” He added, “You’re damn right that’s an invasion.”

Former Virginia Attorney General and Trump DHS official Ken Cuccinelli argued that the counties can use the “self-help provision of the Constitution to declare an invasion.”He says, “This gives the governor, if he decided similarly, the authority to repel that invasion.”

While Cuccinelli’s theory is certainly a sympathetic one, it’s unlikely to survive a court challenge. “As they say in Texas, this dog won’t hunt,” said constitutional scholar Jonathan Turley. “They’re relying on the guarantee clause of Article Four, Section Four, and that deals with an invasion, which is generally interpreted and long interpreted to mean an actual foreign invasion in the form of an army, an organized force.”

It might not be an “organized” force in the traditional sense, but Roy certainly makes a compelling case. He also gets the thesis of this story: Team Biden is “purposely blowing up our border,” he said, “purposely refusing to execute the laws of the United States.”

As for Texas Governor Greg Abbott, he’s doing what he can, including making sure people know where the blame lies. “It has never been worse,” he said of border crossings. “The numbers are higher than they’ve ever been, [and] the problems and challenges are mounting on the other side of the border. But worst of all, we are not seeing the president lift a finger to do anything about it.” (Again, because it’s intentional.) “The president has abandoned many of the states, all the border states of the United States of America. It’s reprehensible.”

Indeed it is, and even more so because it’s by design.

“Think about the number of young women and children now that have been sexually assaulted because of the open-border policies,” said Mark Morgan, former acting commissioner of the U.S. Customs and Border Protection. “Think about the absolute expansion of human trafficking, the atrocities, because of this administration’s open-border policies.” Think about the 107,000 Americans who died last year as a result of fentanyl, much of which is trafficked across Biden’s open border.

Finally, this is going to seem redundant, but it’s critical to understand what’s happening in order to effectively go about stopping it: Joe Biden’s border crisis is intentional, deliberate, purposeful, and with malice aforethought. Biden opened our border because he (and his handlers) wanted to. It serves his America Last agenda to open our border. And every American is paying the price.

Truth Social CEO: ‘Nobody’s gonna be able to shut us down’

Truth Social CEO Devin Nunes said attacks to shut down the social network will not prevail.

In a June interview with Dave Rubin, the former congressman said, “We’re building this block by block, Dave, and we’re doing it in such a way that nobody’s gonna be able to shut us down.”

Nunes noted that, although distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks have made it difficult in the past for alternative social networks to catch on, Truth Social has tried to insulate itself from those attacks by using Rumble’s infrastructure and building an experienced team.

Adding that Truth Social aims to be a “family-friendly” social network, Nunes said that the absence of obscene content or illegal activity on the site should also serve as a buffer against efforts to de-platform the app.

“We’re just not gonna censor people for politics,” he said. “You can talk about any damn thing you want on the platform politically, but we don’t want a lot of the garbage that I think they would try to use … to get us kicked off these platforms, and I think that’s to our advantage.”

Truth Social’s new update introduces streamlined featureshttps://t.co/lq1B6OFXYw

— RSBN 🇺🇸 (@RSBNetwork) June 14, 2022

Launched in February, the social networking app was founded by President Trump following his suspension from social media sites like Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram in the wake of the Jan. 6 Capitol riots. Since its launch, the app has gained a following of those seeking a platform for free speech without political censorship.

“The mission of our company, Truth Social, is quite simple,” Nunes said. “We’re here to open the internet back up and give people their voices back.”

The Californian added that, with new features in the works, he believes Truth Social is on its way to becoming a competitor for other major social networks like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.

“You gotta remember, we’re only open in the United States,” he noted. “That’s the only place we’re open right now, so think about when we open this up globally.”

Liz Cheney and the Corruption of the Establishment

The un-American targeting of Trump and Trump supporters.

Here is Wyoming’s “Republican” Rep. Liz Cheney, in conversation with ABC’s Jonathan Karl, on why she should win her primary election fight — a fight which the polls say she is losing badly:

“Well, I think it’s important because I will be the best representative that the people of Wyoming can have. The single most important thing is protecting the nation from Donald Trump. And I think that that matters to us as Americans more than anything else and that’s why my work on the Committee is so important and why it’s so important to not just brush this past, I think it’s very important that people know the truth and that there are consequences.”

The Federalist’s Mollie Hemingway, in her usual, straight-on, perceptive style, described Cheney’s remarks as emblematic of a corrupt political establishment. Wrote Mollie:

Liz Cheney is the id of the regime. Truly something to behold. The unhinged obsession. The loss of any semblance of reality about what is and is not important. The enslavement to beltway blindness. The desire to make people pay for crime of rejecting what establishment decreed.

As mentioned in this space earlier, the Washington Times has also touched exactly on the point Mollie was making about Cheney. The Times editorialized it this way, bold print for emphasis supplied:

Wednesday’s hearing made clear the committee has been about three things all along. First, it wanted to disqualify Mr.Trump from running for public office again.

More disturbingly, it wanted to marginalize those voters who supported and support Mr. Trump and make sure that they are disqualified from participating in the political life of the Republican Party specifically, and the United States more generally. The presence on the committee of legacy Republican Reps. Liz Cheney and Adam Kinzinger makes it clear that part of the mob that has organized against Mr. Trump’s supporters includes the sad and decayed remnants of your father’s Republican Party.

Third, the committee is designed to send an unequivocal message to any future aspirants to public life that transgression of policy norms — not behavioral norms — will be met with the harshest possible measures. If it were about behavioral norms, phenomena like Black Lives Matter riots, attempted assassinations of Supreme Court justices, and firebombing churches and pregnancy centers would be under the microscope.

All of which is to say that Cheney has made herself the very symbol of the corruption of elitists within the American political establishment. She’s doing her best to remake the American constitutional republic into a banana republic, where a favored political class reigns supreme and any quite legitimate political challenges to that class will be met with everything from threats of prosecution to bankruptcy.

The Trump-hating media division of this corrupt ruling-class mob is running headlines like these:

Newsweek: Trump’s Odds of Being Prosecuted ‘Significantly’ Higher Now: Ex-Prosecutor

Deseret News: The question floating over the Jan. 6 hearings: Should Donald Trump be prosecuted?

Foreign Policy: Should Trump Be Prosecuted?

All of this begs the question, of course. Prosecuted for what? Telling his supporters to “peacefully and patriotically” march to the Capitol to protest? That not only is a constitutional right, but it has also been done over and over and over again in the course of American history.

Whether it be the 1995 Million Man March designed to put African-American issues on the nation’s political agenda, the 1913 Women’s Suffrage march, or the many anti-Vietnam War protests, time after time in American history Americans have shown up in the nation’s capital to protest.

And yes, some of these protests brought violence. Here is this 1967 Washington Post account of an anti-Vietnam war march on the Pentagon:

“We will dye the Potomac red, burn the cherry trees, panhandle embassies, attack with water pistols, marbles, bubble gum wrappers, bazookas, girls will run naked and piss on the Pentagon walls, sorcerers, swamis, witches, voodoo, warlocks, medicine men and speed freaks will hurl their magic at the faded brown walls,” promised Abbie Hoffman, one of the organizers and a co-founder of the Youth International Party (Yippies). “We shall raise the flag of nothingness over the Pentagon and a mighty cheer of liberation will echo through the land.”

As many as 100,000 people, mostly young, mostly white, flooded the capital for the demonstration, anticipating an injection of counterculture flair into the antiwar movement. An estimated 35,000 to 50,000 demonstrators descended on the Pentagon. And by dawn the next day, nearly 700 had been arrested for various acts of civil disobedience, including trying to get inside the building.

And, for this, were the anti-war politicians of the day threatened with prosecution for encouraging the protests? Politicians with names like Democratic Sens. Eugene McCarthy, Robert Kennedy and George McGovern? Of course not.

In January of 2017, more than 50 House Democrats made a point of targeting the Trump inaugural by boycotting it and attacking Trump as an “illegitimate president.” And what happened next? This, as headlined by CNN:

Police injured, more than 200 arrested at Trump inauguration protests in DC

The CNN story says this, bold print for emphasis supplied:

Six police officers were injured and 217 protesters arrested Friday after a morning of peaceful protests and coordinated disruptions of Donald Trump’s inauguration ceremony gave way to ugly street clashes in downtown Washington.

At least two DC police officers and one other person were taken to the hospital after run-ins with protesters, DC Fire Spokesman Vito Maggiolo told CNN. Acting DC Police Chief Peter Newsham said the officers’ injuries were considered minor and not life threatening.

Bursts of chaos erupted on 12th and K streets as black-clad “antifascist” protesters smashed storefronts and bus stops, hammered out the windows of a limousine and eventually launched rocks at a phalanx of police lined up in an eastbound crosswalk. Officers responded by launching smoke and flash-bang devices, which could be heard from blocks away, into the street to disperse the crowds.

And which of those over-50 House Democrats who urged on these violent protests against a so-called “illegitimate president” were arrested and prosecuted?

Zero. Exactly zero.

Which brings us back to Liz Cheney and the corruption of the political establishment. If you have the right cause and a handful of jerks turn your protest violent, no big deal.

But if you’re Donald Trump, and a handful of jerks secretly plot to disrupt his call for “peacefully and patriotically” protesting a contested election — with tens of thousands in fact protesting “peacefully and patriotically” just as Trump requested — then prosecution it is.

All of which is to say that Liz Cheney, she who is part of a corrupt congressional committee running a Stalin-esque show trial unrecognizable in a constitutional republic (as pointed out by my colleague Melissa Mackenzie), should be defeated.

And never allowed by any electorate to be anywhere near any public office again.
