Agree, they haven’t done shit after taxpayers approved billions for infrastructure. It all goes to climate crap and regulatory process. All the handwringing is pathetic when there are plenty of projects that could provide managed resources for another hundred years of growth. The ratepayers must be tiring of the propaganda campaigns, climate credits and all the other excuses for public utilities failures to serve. Once again, the public has a responsibility to demand better service and less noise about climate and rationing. Coercive judicial oversight ties the hands of utilities to operate reliably.
