fuck em, use your filter or just ignore them.
if you close the browser page the posts were in, or you reloaded the page after their 5 minute up time, they will be gone for you since they are now deleted.
open a browser tab for the person you are following, only. never close or reload it and you will have them. however, if the tweet is deleted, clicking on the post will result in the post not opening fully.
