The anti-Christ will probably be about the same age as Jesus at first publicity (33 yrs). So to use the evil DNA for cloning, they would have to start at 33 + about 1, or 34 years before publicity.
2003 + 34 = 2037 at the earliest.
That's one year after the second close pass of Apophis in 2036. Plausible.
