In other news guys it's important to come to terms that this was a 105mm laser targeted fin stabilized kinetic energy projectile launched from say 30k feet from a mile or two away. It would have to have it's IR filter enabled and the footage looks like it's externally illuminated in visible spectrum which would keep that off. Further more I have IR rangers that night vision picks up but various cameras I have do not.

I highly doubt your average camera is going to pick this up filter or not just based on my experience with civi laser range finders.
