Evidence of God is quickly swept out of view. This was a strike from above and based on the video available either a massive bolt of lightning or energy perhaps even a meteorite. It doesn't seem manmade explosion at all. They dragged it all down because examination of the ruins would have shown proof of an extraterrestrial cause.
