Spouseanon and I caught something similar about 6 years ago. Spouse is a photographer and put the camera on auto to take a bunch of shots really fast when the egles would fly by. When spouse got home, looked at the photos , they got a photo of something similar.
the shutter speed took, I think 20 shots a second.
Just the one photo had a blurry blob like that in it.
Must have been going really fast.
We didn't see it with the naked eye.
