for reasons i can't fathom, went to a dr to get meds for the poison ivy. dr took one look and pronouced it MONKEY POX.
friendanon assured dr it was poison ivy, and related the account of exposure. dr INSISTED it was MONKEY POX, and recorded it as such.
just to be clear, ZERO TESTS were performed. dr's diagnosis was based entirely on a cursory visual exam that amounted to a glance.
tonite on local TV news, heard report of two new cases of MONKEY POX in the region.
