Shinzo Abe: Japan's Former Prime Minister Not Showing Vital Signs After Shooting

Japan's former Prime Minister Shinzo Abe has collapsed in Nara, western Japan after shots were heard nearby.

Japan's former Prime Minister Shinzo Abe was seen bleeding while campaigning at 11:30 a.m. on Friday, NHK initially reported. The former PM, who is 67, was campaigning for Liberal Democratic Party member Kentaro Asah, 46, when he collapsed during a speech he was giving on a crowded street in the city of Nara.

An NHK reporter who was present during the speech reported hearing a sound akin to a gunshot and witnessed the former prime minister bleeding. Police allegedly captured a suspect involved in the incident and may be questioning him.

Abe was rushed to the hospital following the possible shooting.

Twitter user Gordon Knight shared a video to the social media platform with the caption, "Shinzo Abe shot in the chest in Nara. Attacker caught."

Abe was first elected to parliament in 1993 before becoming a cabinet member in 2005. Abe hails from a family of politicians; his father was a foreign minister and his grandfather was a prime minister. A scandal involving the loss of 50 million pension records drew criticism to his administration, but despite battling health issues he is still known as Japan's longest-serving prime minister.

Dr. Robert Malone Testifies At Texas Senate Committee: 'Regulatory Practices Had Been Discarded'

Vaccinologist and key contributor to mRNA technology Robert Malone testified to the Texas Senate committee on Health & Human Services on June 28, highlighting some administrative actions during the pandemic that he thinks were incorrectly handled and that should be taken into consideration for the future.

Malone is also a specialist in clinical research, medical affairs, regulatory affairs, project management proposal management, vaccines, and biodefense.

He said that prior to the Covid-19 outbreak, the standard procedure would have been for the CDC (Center for Disease Control and Prevention), a federal agency, to give advice to state public health authorities in order to regulate medical practices.

“Up until the present, that’s always been acknowledged. The role of the federal government is in consultation and support and advice. This approach has not been implemented during the COVID crisis … during SARS-Cov2 COVID-19 outbreak, new policies and practices have been implemented,” Malone testified in the hearing.

Malone has been involved with previous outbreak responses, including AIDS, anthrax, smallpox, and has worked on the smallpox vaccine, influenza vaccine, Ebola, Zika, and now SARS-Cov2.

Regulatory Practices ‘Discarded’

“The NIH and particularly NIAID have developed and propagated treatment protocols throughout the United States.

“Development of vaccine products have been accelerated and historic non-clinical, clinical development, and regulatory practices had been discarded in a quest for speed under specific pressure from the executive branch in the prior administration. Development of repurposed drugs and treatment strategies have paradoxically been aggressively blocked or inhibited by both NIH and FDA, apparently due to requirements in the federal emergency use authorization statute language, requiring lack of available alternatives as a predicate, to granting emergency use authorization to a new product, including a vaccine product,” Malone said.

The mRNA pioneer believes that due to poor management, public health officials were not able to access up-to-date information about the safety of the vaccines.

“This has compromised the informed consent process. CDC has actively promoted and marketed vaccination with an unlicensed emergency use authorized product. With over $1 billion in U.S. federal funding expended to both market the products and to censor those who’ve raised concerns regarding vaccine safety and effectiveness. This is not an opinion. It is well documented through Freedom of Information Act document disclosure.” Malone said.

Report: Joe Biden Sold Nearly One Million Barrels from U.S. Strategic Petroleum Reserve to CCP-Owned Oil Company Linked to Hunter Biden Firm

President Joe Biden’s administration sold 950,000 barrels of oil from the U.S. Strategic Petroleum Reserve to a Chinese state-owned gas company that has financial ties to a private equity firm cofounded by Hunter Biden, according to a Washington Free Beacon report.

In April, Biden’s Department of Energy announced the nearly one million barrel sale to Unipec, which is the trading arm of Sinopec. Sinopec is wholly owned and operated by the Chinese Communist Party.

Unipec reportedly purchases oil across the globe and then apparently sells it through its Sinopec Marketing subsidiary.

According to Unipec’s LinkedIn page:

UNIPEC America, Inc. is a wholly owned subsidiary of China International United Petroleum and Chemical Co. Ltd., better known as UNIPEC. UNIPEC is the trading arm of SINOPEC, currently No.2 largest company on the Global Fortune 500 list in 2019.

Biden’s son, Hunter Biden, reportedly has financial ties to the CCP-owned Sinopec. A private equity firm Hunter Biden cofounded reportedly purchased a nearly $2 billion stake in Sinopec Marketing in 2015.

As the Free Beacon reported:

Biden is connected to Sinopec through BHR Partners, a private equity firm he cofounded in 2013. BHR bought a $1.7 billion stake in Sinopec Marketing in 2015. Biden at one point owned a 10 percent stake in BHR Partners through his wholly owned firm, Skaneateles, LLC.

It is unclear whether the younger Biden still has a financial stake in BHR Partners. Biden’s White House has repeatedly claimed throughout 2019 and 2020 that Hunter Biden was out of the equity firm, but Chinese corporate records show he still has a stake in the company.

Biden’s White House has dodged questions about Hunter Biden’s stake in BHR, directing the press to Hunter Biden’s representatives for more information.

“On the first, the president’s son is not an employee of the federal government, so I’d point you to his representatives,” former White House press secretary Jen Psaki said in December. “I think I answered your question. You can go to the representative of the person who is not an employee of the federal government.”

Clinic Funded By Biden Administration Distributes Crack Pipes To Addicts Outside A ‘School’

A “harm reduction” clinic that received grant funding from President Joe Biden’s Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) is distributing crack pipes to addicts in New York City, the Daily Caller confirmed Wednesday.

New York Harm Reduction Educators (NYHRE), a part of OnPointNYC, was awarded nearly $400,000 in grant money from the Biden administration in May to further its services for drug addicts, government records show. Biden officials denied reports that the grant money could fund distribution of crack pipes, but a visit to NYHRE’s office revealed that the organization still offers the smoking paraphernalia to addicts.

OnPointNYC operates two drug use sites, one of which NYHRE runs in East Harlem. After spending about 10 minutes on paperwork with basic information Wednesday evening, staff at the facility provided a Daily Caller reporter a smoking kit containing a crack pipe, condoms and lubricant.

A second Caller reporter returned Thursday and yet again, within minutes, staff provided another crack pipe. A staffer directed the reporter to back rooms for addicts to use drugs under supervision, where the reporter witnessed individuals smoking and injecting various substances.

The reporter, citing claustrophobia, asked if she could step outside to smoke. A staffer denied the request because the facility is located next to a “school.”

The facility is directly across the street from the Association To Benefit Children, a childcare facility for underprivileged kids in the New York area.

Prior to those visits, the Caller reached out to NYHRE and OnPointNYC on multiple occasions to ask if the organization was still distributing crack pipes, receiving no response. A PBS segment aired December 2021 highlighted that the organization was distributing crack pipes at the time, before the latest Biden grant.

NYHRE provides other services aside from harm reduction, including HIV and hepatitis testing, safe sex education and counseling services. It has received various government grants dating back to 2001 for some of these other services, a review of HHS grant documents shows. This year’s grant is the first “harm reduction” grant the group has received as part of a new administration initiative under Biden’s American Rescue Plan to support “harm reduction” efforts. The so called “safe smoking kits” are a key plank in “harm reduction” efforts across the country.

In addition to the drug and sex paraphernalia, a staffer at NYHRE gave the Caller an ID card after registering personal information. According to that staffer, an individual caught with drugs by police in the city could show that card to avoid punishment.
