No flinch by PM after 1st shot, but goes down after the second shot. If no one else was hit by shrapnel, then I call bullshit. More likely that he was shot by a snipper using a silencer from a high vantage point and the navy dude was used as a “lone assassin” patsy/decoy [JFK/Oswald Op].
