So this says 25,000 in one day, in 1 of the 10 sectors. Wonder what the Number is in the other 9 sectors that day!?

So when they say 1,700 were caught in one day, and 90% of 1,700 x9 = 17.000 IN REAL LIFE NUMBERS!
