concerning shutdown - it isn't about the lack of function for US citizens - rather talking heads only seem to talk about 'paychecks'. Therefore (with the lack of shutdown impact on anything) paychecks just another form of welfare? those donate to which party? isn't that just another form of buying votes? another form of kickback / money laundering?
