What is a hate crime?

How is it different than the crime it is accompanied with?

Isn't a murder motivated out of hate and conversely love really a crime caused by the aberrant behavior of a crazy person?

Are hate crime laws political tools to manipulate opinion, and control populations through manufactured acceptance of social behavior; Social Justice, outside the Constitutional realm of real justice?

If a man conspires to and perpetrates a fake hate crime intending to blame a targeted race or political group to foment racial division, & falsely blame that political group to bring down civil society, is not that a crime motivated by hate; a hate crime?

It will soon come to light that Jussie Smollett (a rabid never Trumper) conspired with the producers of "EMPIRE" and probably backers from the Dem Party, including Nancy Pelosi, Kamala Harris, Cory Booker, Maxine Watters & AOC; the true racist.

To answer the HATE CRIME question above, logic tells us: faking a hate crime to upend social justice, promote racial tension, and/or frame a political group is, in itself, a hate crime.

It is, in fact, the very definition of TERRORISM! Does that make Jussie Smollett an "ENEMY COMBATANT"? And what of his handlers?
