Anecdote vs. Antidote

Anecdote

An anecdote is a brief, revealing account of an individual person or an incident. Occasionally humorous, anecdotes differ from jokes because their primary purpose is not simply to provoke laughter but to reveal a truth more general than the brief tale itselfโ€ฆ An anecdote is "a story with a point."

Antidote

A medicine or other remedy for counteracting the effects of poison, disease, etc.

So anons, memefag here, caught up from last night's James Wolfe indictment, Ali Watkins subpoenas, Bourdain chef suicide, POTUS's tweets, 5d chess with NFL kneelers, โ€ฆ

So what are we memebombing today?

I have (in the past) watched the cooking shows too and marvelled at some of these chefs' rapid-fire ability to produce a food that has style and panache, and that the judges say tastes good too.

And then if the pictures we have all seen of a human being trussed up like a turkey and roasted are true, I did wonder who has an oven big enough to hold an adult? If a human being was actually roasted whole for consumption (UGH makes me sick to even type this), then what cooking method was used and who has the skill, technique, and means to pull it off?

So yes, precursor thoughts that would have led to this train of investigation were there in my mind too, and I did not pursue them โ€ฆ because DISGUSTING โ€ฆ because HORRIFYING โ€ฆ because decent people have a hard time wrapping their minds around the REPULSIVE OFFENSIVE horror of cannibalism and all that it implies.

We need that whole armor of God. Buckle up, anons, and pray. And dig if your stomach allows.
