Any progress on the cyphres?
The limbic system post was very interesting.
Isn't that a DQ (see ROT13), not a DO in the pic though?
I'd ask for 3 cards and settle for 2 before taking any risk, but that's me.
If you have LEO friends, that would be my 1st goto. Ask more q's than give answers in the initial casual chats with them. Investigate their COC before going further.
Be willing to walk out on either side at any point. Never forget - you have the least to gain here, but may carry the same ultimate risk.
Godspeed.
J/P HRO is deep in the shit.

>and infinitely good hearts. It’s easy to push the bad stuff out of our consciousness, try and forget, move on, but it always seems to come back.”
Bourdain may have been waist deep, maybe deeper, but he appeared to have a good heart but who ever knows and was asking some uncomfortable questions publicly ever since he started dating Asia Argento.
His death may or may have not been connected with Haiti though, Argento's Italian and seems to know about all sordid fuckery going on in those circles.
Whole thing stinks to high heaven though.
> I don't understand this tactic. Any more info I can research?
The Book :)
>will another trusted friend outside of LEO work?
Not sure, how is the intel actionable at that point? What's the objective?
Gonna err on the side of extreme caution with any suggestion given, simply b/c i don't have the full picture and this is serious bizness.
All i can say is trust your gut at all time and make all decisions from a place of centeredness.
Not surprising that those on the lower levels of the pyramid are feeling the urge to sing. We might begin to see a flood of them.
Might also be why all the "suicides" lately. Dam could be starting to break.

The Tohono O'odham Nation is undertaking a major expansion of its newest casino after resolving a contentious dispute in Arizona.
The tribe plans to spend $400 million to make the Desert Diamond West Valley Casino and Resort even bigger. Plans call for a one-million square-foot facility with a larger gaming floor, five restaurants, bars, slot machines, table games and other amenities.
The expansion marks a dramatic turnaround for the facility, which opened in December 2015. Barely a month ago, the tribe announced a settlement that paved the way for the addition of Class III games like slot machines, black jacket and related offerings to the casino.
But with the state on its side, the tribe is moving forward. Construction is expected to take about 20 months.
Yup. Quite a transatlantic link, that Sanela.
J/P HRO was set up in a flash after the E/Q.
Was actively recruiting professional "volunteers" to go down there.
Pretty stringent vetting process. Wouldn't be surprised though if a few that got through saw some things they're not quite comfortable with.
I'd archive those sites ASAP.

May 16, 2017 / People / Haiti / Celebs & big-spenders help "Haiti Takes Root"
A galaxy of stars descended on Sotheby’s recently to dine and bid on items auctioned to benefit the reforestation and rebuilding of Haiti.
On the invitation of actor Sean Penn, designer Donna Karan, super model Naomi Campbell, Academy award winner Leonardo DiCaprio, Tony-award winner Neil Patrick Harris, director Bennett Miller, singer Ellie Goulding, and Bravo TV’s Andy Cohen and a long list of New York luminaries responded to a call to benefit his J/P Haitian Relief Organization.
J/P HRO is a non-profit organization founded by Penn in response to the Jan. 12, 2010 earthquake in Haiti. J/P stands for Jenkins-Penn
— a reference to Sanela Diana Jenkins — whose foundation supported initial relief efforts, with the actor.
(Wonder if she's still "actively" involved?)
According to Wikipedia “It became camp manager of the Petion-Ville and Cité Maxo camps, supporting nearly 60,000 internally displaced persons. By the end of 2013, J/P HRO achieved a significant milestone in the successful relocation of all remaining camp families.”
Penn’s brainchild “employs nearly 350 people, 95 percent Haitians in order to provide health, education and community development, housing and economic opportunities.”
