Even in communist Oregon when they have surpluses they give it back split up at the end of the year to the citizens who paid it. There it is income tax.
Here it is a gay sales tax that is too high. (any number over 0 is too high) obviously since there was this much of a surplus.
Letting the govt have that much money will just end up going to globohomo child grooming projects or desantis will give it to israel.
Plublic works that benefit the people of the state are also good, but is inefficient while there is this much corruption.
