Shirt collar definitely moves before the shot. But, I’m going to double check in Premiere to see by how many frames.

After checking in Premiere you can see it just an audio delay of about 5 frames or 0.2 secs.

The collar move and gun smoke happen at the same time.

So nothing weird has happened other than an audio lag.
