That maybe so, but an Omnipotent, Omnipresent, and Omniscient God seeing what humans do and still allowing it kinda locks in the whole free will and freedom of choice. Hopefully there's consequences for those that chose evil. God didn't kill Evil (Satan & Demons) and Allowed them to Exist. So even these under God's Plan still serve a Purpose. Under the Paradigm of the Western Religion of Christianity.
