UK Pics Background and SitRep

Embankment Pictures

On February 16th 2018 Q posted a picture from a London Traffic Cam by Embankment Staion [https://qalerts.pub/?n=784], the image was of London traffic and Big Ben. The File Name of the picture was NSA_Traf_CAM_LONDON2847.png. 9 minutes later Q posted a stringer warning to the UK of a possible car attack.

3 Months later on May 20th 2018 Q posted a series of 3 pictures [https://qalerts.pub/?n=1423] from the same traffic camera which was rotated through 3 positions. Q was telling us this camera has a field of view from the Corinthia hotel and up the Victoria Embankment towards Parliament.

2 months later on the 27th of July 2018 Q reposted one of the previous pictures with people circled [https://qalerts.pub/?n=1720], this was tentatively identified as Lisa Page, lover of disgraced traitor and FBI goon Peter Strzok.

Q revists the theme again on February the 18th 2019 when Q posts 3 more pictures of the Corinthia hotel from the same camera [https://qalerts.pub/?n=2797] indicating that the couple may have been staying there.

17th May 2018 Pictures

On the 17th of May Q posted a series of pictures from two locations in London and several locations in China, there is likely a connection between the two. An anon posted a theory which Q quoted indicating that the theory was on the right lines. The China pics were of pallets of boxed technology (possibly secure satellite phones that operate on a Chinese satellite), the Foxconn factory and an airport with a Chinese plane at a gate. The theory suggested that China were supplying secure communication devices to the cabal so that they could communicate without sigint (Signals Intercept) by the NSA. The London connection is through Lisa Page and Peter Strzok, the lovers were secretly in London (perhaps arriving by boat on the Thames to avoid official record of the visit) and being surveilled by the Q team the whole time. The theory stated they were either collecting or distributing these communication devices for other cabal members, Q also posted a picture from the plane and an Owl and the Space Shuttle.

Piccadilly Circus Pictures https://qalerts.pub/?n=1405

In post 1405, which is the first of the 17th of May series, Q posted a picture of a red London Routemaster bus, Q also posted a Winter Wonderland picture of 2 peoples legs, The Red Bus picture was titled Fsurv_londonps1.png, Presumably someone in the picture is of interest, its likely this picture was posted to inform the person who is being surveilled that they were being watched. The following post [https://qalerts.pub/?n=1406] contained two more pictures from Piccadilly circus. The picture is of a road sign and the Cool Britannia giftshop. The Cool Britannia giftshop has similar archways to that of the temple on Epstein Island and the Aleppo Bathhouse Hammam Yalbugha.

Winter Wonderland Pictures

Q posted the first Winter Wonderland picture of 2 peoples legs on the plastic flooring at Winter Wonderland, A second picture of the Wilde Maus Roller-coaster was posted about a month later [https://qalerts.pub/?n=1456]

Black Box

The Black Box Pic was posted by Q on the 27th Of July 2018 [https://qalerts.pub/?n=1725] in Reply to the WARNING Stay alert post back in February 2018.

Anons found the black box stands alongside bus shelter 'S' by Westminster Abbey in London. Its precise location is outside No 4 Victoria street. No 4 Victoria Street used to have a branch of the corrupt HSBC bank and Anons found out it is the home of the National Iranian Oil Company (NIOC House). Other tenants of the building seem to have links to Iran. The building across the street from the black box is the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy.

The black box is about a 11 minute walk from Thames House, the home of the Security Service [MI5] and a 23 minute walk from the Secret Intelligence Service [MI6]. Q's Picture of the box featured a Qanon sticker with a White Rabbit, the text said "The Storm is Coming". Subsequent pictures of the box always shows that lots of stickers have been put on the box, it seems to be a popular "Slap Tagging" location but Anons think this could be a form of discreet communication either by White Hats or Black Hats. A recent visit to the box by an anon shows the box in desperate need of repainting because it has been constantly scrubbed clean by street cleaners indicating a massive amount of stickers has been put on the box in the last 2 years.

I think that building between Peninsular Heights apartments and MI headquarters is the one. As best I can find the place is called Camelford House. Between it and Peninsular Heights apartments is Tintagel House, formerly Met Police HQ

That is just plain weird. I see St George Tower and that certainly looks like the almost turrets of the MI6 HQ building. Since Camelford house we have pics of, but can only prove the purple floodlights on the South-facing side is this the purple floods of Camelford House being reflected by that green glass weirdness of MI6?

How many cranes are we trying to place?

I'm fine with the construction on the Corniche and the Dumont not going on in Winter 2013/2014 when we think the Q Embankment pics and the Lisa MI6 video is taken…I think. Are there more cranes showing in the LISA MI6? Not just Albert Embankment, but anything at or near the Millbank or Westminster Palace? UK #46 there's >>16668639, >>16670385 St Thomas' Hospital East Wing project, London and we may have a crane at St. George tower during that time. Now the part that bugs me: In the US cranes that tall must be lighted at night, FAA Regulations and such. The last pic via CanStock in >>16695851 at first appears to be an unlighted crane next to the St. George. When I enlarged it, the crane appears to be turned just enough to obscure a white light at the "knuckle" where the topmost boom connects

The good part about knowing the names of these buildings is it should be easier to look for announcements of construction starting or ending.

As for purple buildings and cranes in Vauxhall, is that something would be i the local paper? Something like a traffic notice to say keep clear of a certain street or intersection because a crane is going up/being taken down?

'Tower for the toffs': UK's tallest skyscraper and playground of the rich

The Tower at St George Wharf has 214 flats on 50 floors, costing up to £51m. With no affordable homes, it feels more like a hotel than a home

Since it opened in October 2013, apartments have sold at prices ranging from £580,000 to £51m. The Tower includes no “affordable” housing and flats go on sale for as much as £2,100 per sq ft – almost three times the UK average for apartments.

The controversial decision by the former Labour deputy prime minister John Prescott to grant the Tower planning consent set a precedent for a dozen similar apartment towers now emerging in a mini-Manhattan at Nine Elms, a former industrial area soon to be home to the new US embassy and quickly transforming into London’s latest millionaires’ playground.

Residents can only access their own floors using a special key fob; a £15m apartment occupying the whole 45th floor has fingerprint recognition locks.

Some Tower residents are here all the time. Many are said to be students at London universities, there is a dentist and a doctor as well. But one peculiarity about life in the Tower is the lack of children.

“There are not many families here,” the employee said. “You won’t find many children between the ages of five and 20. There are students in their 20s, many from Asia.”

The Tower very nearly remained on the architects’ drawing board. In 2005, the London borough of Lambeth said the architecture was not good enough, it was too tall, and the overall St George Wharf complex of which it was part had insufficient affordable housing. The planning inspector agreed that was it too high and harmful to views of the Palace of Westminster and agreed it should not be built. It was left to Prescott to decide. As he deliberated, the former Conservative education secretary Kenneth Baker warned parliament the plans echoed Aldous Huxley’s classic dystopian novel Brave New World.

“Your lordships will remember that in the Brave New World the rich and the toffs were called alphas, and they were at the top,” he told the House of Lords. “The gammas, the deltas and the epsilons – the proles – were down at the bottom. That is how the development is to be done. In that great tower there will be no social affordable housing. It is all for the alphas. It is all for the toffs.”

He continued: “So we have a Labour deputy prime minister, a man who I think would describe himself as a good old-fashioned socialist, giving approval for a tower for the toffs. The other irony is that half of those flats, which will sell for upwards of £1m – probably, the higher one goes, more than £5m – will be bought by foreigners.”

World Health Organization Officially States That There Are More Than Two Biological Genders

The WHO has announced that it intends to update its “widely-used gender mainstreaming manual.”

The body says of the manual that it is “updating it in light of new scientific evidence and conceptual progress on gender, health and development.”

What exactly that ‘scientific evidence’ is is still a mystery.

The press release from the WHO states that part of its new findings to go into the manual is that “sex is not limited to male or female.”

The WHO states that it is “going beyond binary approaches to gender and health,” in order “[t]o recognize gender and sexual diversity, or the concepts that gender identity exists on a continuum and that sex is not limited to male or female.”

I'd certainly want to ride out a big storm at a five-star hotel, certainly if at taxpayer expense.

LONDON, July 19 (Reuters) - Britain recorded its hottest day ever on Tuesday, with the temperature exceeding 40C (104F) as a heatwave gripping Europe intensified, forcing train tracks to buckle and fuelling a spate of fires across London.

The Met Office said a new provisional record temperature of 40.3C (104.5F) was recorded in Coningsby, in central England, with 34 sites across the country experiencing temperatures in excess of the previous high of 38.7C (101.7F) recorded in 2019.

Stephen Belcher at the Met Office said he had not expected to see such temperatures in Britain in his career.

"Research conducted here at the Met Office has demonstrated that it's virtually impossible for the UK to experience 40C in an undisrupted climate but climate change driven by greenhouse gases has made these extreme temperatures possible," he said.

Train services on major routes from London up the east and west coast of the country were cancelled, electricity companies reported mass outages and normally busy city centres appeared quiet. Network Rail tweeted a number of pictures showing large bends and kinks in rail tracks.

London Fire Brigade declared a major incident and urged people to stop having barbecues, as hundreds of firefighters battled blazes across the capital.

To the east, a large fire engulfed homes in the village of Wennington, with flames tearing across about 40 hectares (100 acres) of neighbouring tinder-dry fields. Elsewhere large grassland areas around the capital caught fire, billowing smoke over major roads and nearby areas.

'DO NOT TRAVEL'

Transport minister Grant Shapps said there had been a considerable amount of travel disruption.

"Infrastructure, much of which was built from the Victorian times, just wasn't built to withstand this type of temperature," he said.

Operator Network Rail advised passengers to only travel if absolutely necessary.

"Extreme Heat: All services stopped. Do not come to the station," Avanti West Coast, which runs services from London to cities such as Liverpool, Manchester and Glasgow, said on Twitter.

Climate scientists said the once-unthinkable temperature in London was likely to become more common in coming years.

Sony Kapoor, a climate and macro-economic professor at European University Institute, said he had long thought that people underestimated the physical impacts of climate change in contemporary times. "But even I never thought we would see 40 degree Celsius in London in 2022," he said.

The arrival of a searing heatwave that first sparked wildfires across Europe before arriving in Britain has turned the spotlight on to "net zero" pledges made by the candidates running to replace Boris Johnson as prime minister.

After Johnson championed the move to net zero status when Britain held the United Nations COP26 climate change summit in 2021, some of the candidates to replace him have appeared more lukewarm and rated other challenges facing the country as their priority.

After Tuesday's heat, the Met Office said the temperature would fall on Wednesday, however it warned there could be heavy thunderstorms.

Helicopter crashes into crane on London tower, kills two

LONDON (Reuters) - A helicopter crashed into a crane on top of one of Europe’s tallest residential blocks on Wednesday, killing two people as it burst into flames and spiralled down into rush-hour traffic close to the Houses of Parliament in central London.

Police said there was nothing to suggest a terrorism link to the crash on a foggy morning on the south bank of the River Thames, less than a mile from Britain’s parliament, its secret services headquarters and the site of a new U.S. embassy.

In parliament, later in the day, Prime Minister David Cameron said helicopter flights over a city with an increasing number of huge skyscrapers needed to be carefully examined.

“There was a big bang and bits started showering down, then there was an explosion down the road,” said truck driver Ray Watts whose vehicle was hit by falling debris.

“We saw the fireball down there and the smoke. We didn’t know what way to run because there were bits coming down everywhere.”

Witnesses said the helicopter hit a crane on top of the as-yet unoccupied 185-metre (200-yard) high cylindrical block - The Tower, One St George Wharf - spun out of control, fell to the ground and burst into flames, setting nearby buildings alight.

Wreckage was strewn across roads close to Vauxhall train station, a major transport hub near the south bank of the River Thames, which was packed with thousands of commuters at the time of the incident shortly after 0800 GMT.

A Reuters reporter at the scene said tangled bits of crane could be seen hanging off the side of the tower, the top of which was still shrouded by low cloud an hour after the crash.

“It is something of a miracle that this was not many, many times worse given the time of day that this happened,” police Commander Neil Basu told reporters. The fire service said it had rescued one man from a burning car.

Basu said the helicopter was believed to be flying from Redhill, south of the capital, to Elstree, home to famous British film studios north of London, but had been diverted to a heliport near the crash site.

The metropolitan police later confirmed it was a scheduled commercial flight.

The pilot, named as 50-year-old Peter Barnes, was killed. There were no passengers, the police said. Another man, 39-year-old Matthew Wood, was found dead near the wreckage. Five others were taken to hospital for minor injuries and seven were treated at the scene.

The helicopter involved was an Italian-made twin-engined AgustaWestland 109, the company’s best selling VIP corporate helicopter, according to a source familiar with the situation.

Edmir Pishtar, who was in a van outside the site, said he spoke to the operator who was about to get into the crane cab.

“He was literally shaking because he was getting ready to climb into the crane and he was late,” Pishtar said.

Roads around the area including a route over the Thames were closed off, and bus and rail services were affected.

The Civil Aviation Authority said a warning about the crane involved in the crash had been issued to pilots in October and again on 7 January.

But it confirmed that red aviation warning lights on tall structures only need to be turned on at night - and not during bad weather in daylight hours - because they are not visible in fog or low cloud.

British spy chief reveals top priority

The UK intelligence puts “more effort into China” than any other field of their work, head of MI6 Richard Moore has said

British intelligence is now focusing its efforts on China, Richard Moore, the head of the Secret Intelligence Service (SIS), also known as MI6, said on Thursday. Understanding the way Beijing pursues its strategic goals is now one of the most complex challenges British intelligence is facing, he told the Aspen Security Forum in Colorado, US.

“We are putting more effort into China. We now devote more effort to China than any other single subject,” Moore told the forum, adding that there is “a growing recognition” in London of the “threats” China supposedly poses. According to MI6, understanding China is now a more pressing task for the intelligence than fighting terrorism.

MI6 “never had any illusions whatsoever about Communist China,” he said, but admitted that, for British intelligence, the Chinese systems appear to still be “pretty opaque.” His agency has little problem understanding Chinese President Xi Jinping's “strategic intent,” but “if yougo beneath that strategy, in terms of how they implement, how they organize… that’s a black box,” the MI6 chief said.

The role of his organization is to help “British ministers and policymakers to understand that so they can navigate this really complex, difficult relationship with the Chinese.”

Moore also added that Beijing is supposedly closely following the developments in Ukraine and argued that the West should continue to support Kiev so that it could “negotiate from a position of significant strength.” Otherwise, Beijing could see it as Western “weakness” and possibly attack Taiwan, Moore claimed.

His words came amid the ongoing tension between Beijing and Washington over Taiwan. Beijing considers the island that has been self-governed since the end of the Chinese civil war in 1949 to be part of its own territory under the One China policy.

The US, which says it is committed to the One China policy, maintains strong unofficial ties with Taipei, selling weapons to the island and tacitly encouraging its push for sovereignty. China has repeatedly slammed this behavior as a provocation and interference into its internal affairs.

More recently, Beijing issued a warning to Washington in the wake of a report by the Financial Times about House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s alleged plans to take a congressional delegation to Taiwan next month. If the visit does take place, it would have far-reaching consequences for bilateral relations between the two nations, China warned.

His pic shows crane next to St Goerge, a tall white one behind Southbank Place, and another one at the extreme left of the pic that to me looks like the boom is not yet complete. It's too tall for a mobile yet not quite as tall as the white one

I can't be sure yet but the two cranes seen behind the Eye may be engaged in demolition of those buildings behind Southbank Place.

I'll say Park Plaza Westminster, and its rounded shape, is the second of the two completed.

The crane positions after working hours tell one of two things. Either the hook is above the first lift for the next day or the very common lifting of the generator used to power the welders. Moving the boom with a hook at the end of the cables can easily induce unwanted swinging. Take a clothesline tied to a shower curtain rod with a weight on the end and try putting the weight in a bucket from over a balcony or stairs. Big swings take a bit to get settled even with a bit of maneuvering (I done this with a crane truck, not nearly as tall but same thing happens) so first lift needs to be above the first load so the riggers just need the hook lowered. The generator thing is to prevent theft of a very expensive piece of hardware

The prime minister visited a construction site on the South Bank early on Tuesday morning.

David Cameron visited the building site at 199 Westminster Bridge Road where a new 1,000-bedroom student residence and private sixth form college is under construction.

The lights would be required at at night but I'd say we'd need a tourist video to catch one of those cranes moving to see if a night shift was working. I'd say generally come 1700 things would be done, that operator has to climb all the way to the ground from that cab after all.

What would be useful would be the road closures in that area. Did the roads get closed to all but say cement trucks during the project or were there times at night the roads were open to thru-traffic?

A veteran Communist Party of Britain member has been appointed chair of a World Health Organisation (W.H.O.) lead advisory group.

Professor Susan Michie, director of the Centre for Behaviour Change at University College London (UCL), will head the W.H.O.’s Technical Advisory Group (TAG) on Behavioural Insights and Sciences for Health.

The Times reports the UCL academic, who is a frequent contributor on the BBC and ITV, has been a member of the Communist Party of Britain for more than 40 years.

Michie was propelled to public attention in 2021 when she said wearing masks and social distancing should continue for the “long term” to suppress the Chinese coronavirus and other diseases, as Breitbart London reported.

The academic was a member of the influential Scientific Advisory Group for Emergencies (SAGE) at the time which advised Downing Street on how to respond to the pandemic. She said “people’s behaviour” was key in controlling the pandemic.

Michie told Channel 5, according to the Daily Telegraph: “That is the behaviour of social distancing, of when you’re indoors, making sure there’s good ventilation or if it’s not, wearing face masks, of hands and surface hygiene.

“We will need to keep this going in the long term and that will be good not only for Covid, but also to reduce others [sic] diseases.”

Doomed UK Trans Kids Clinic Left ‘Thousands of Damaged Children’ In Its Wake

The Tavistock Gender Identity Development Service (GIDS), England’s hub for child gender reassignment which has been ordered to close down, is said to have left “thousands of damaged children” in its wake.

Currently subject to an investigation as a result of whistleblowers, parents, and patients accusing it of rushing children, particularly girls, into medical treatment for supposed gender dysphoria, the Tavistock is now set to be shut down by Spring 2023 after the paediatrician leading the investigation announced some of her recommendations early — most notably that GIDS is “not a safe or viable long-term option” for its patients and should be replaced.

Reports by outlets such as The Telegraph are now looking back on 18 years of whistleblowing and complaints about the National Health Service (NHS) clinic and the way it resisted all efforts to make it change its ways all the way up to the High Court.

Some Tavistock clinicians were even accused of “converting” youngsters who were likely same-sex attracted or bisexual into believing they were actually trans.

The notionally right-leaning newspaper recalled how whistleblower Susan Evans had been fobbed off as long ago as 2004 after expressing worry that a 16-year-old boy had been referred for hormones after a mere four appointments. Another concerned clinician, Kirsty Entwistle, was branded “transphobic” for questioning the fact that an autistic girl enjoying Thomas the Tank Engine was used as evidence that she was trans.

Evans also highlighted the “tremendous pressure” the Tavistock was put under by trans activist lobby groups such as the controversial Mermaids organisation, which has campaigned for puberty blockers to be given to 12-year-olds and argued dubiously that their effects are “completely reversible”.

Indeed, Liz Truss and Rishi Sunak, the Members of Parliament (MPs) currently vying to succeed the outgoing Boris Johnson as Conservative (Tory) Party leader and, by extension, Prime Minister, have responded to the Tavistock’s looming shutdown by hinting that they might ban the NHS from inflicting hormone therapy on gender-confused children outright, questioning whether it is safe to let them make such “life-altering” decisions at a young age.

“We have a responsibility to those under 18 to shield them from irreversible decisions that will affect them for the rest of their lives. As Prime Minister, I would review access to puberty blockers to ensure we are maintaining the right checks and balances in the system to protect our young people,” said Truss, somewhat equivocally.

UK eases anti-Russia sanctions

London has re-allowed the provision of insurance for aircraft, sea vessels and their components to Russia-linked entities

London has eased some restrictions it imposed on Russia over the ongoing conflict in Ukraine, allowing companies to provide insurance and reinsurance to entities linked to Russia. The amendment to the ‘General Trade Licence Russia Sanctions – Vessels’ was announced on Monday by the UK Department for International Trade.

“The General Licence has been revised to remove Regulation 28 (financial services and funds related to restricted goods and restricted technology) from paragraph 1(h),” the department explained in a brief statement.

“This enables the provision of insurance and reinsurance to a person connected with Russia in relation to the items in paragraph 1 (a), subject to the wider restrictions and conditions of the licence,” it added. The aforementioned paragraph mentions sea vessels and aircraft, their component parts, as well as aero gas turbine engines.

The restrictions, primarily viewed as a tool to damage Russian oil trade, have been apparently put on hold over fears that such curbs would sent crude prices up and further destabilize global energy security. “There is no current UK ban affecting global shipments of Russian oil,” Patrick Davison, underwriting director of the Lloyd’s Market Association, an industry group for insurers at Lloyd’s, has said.

“Given the global nature of the [re]insurance industry, the existence of the EU restrictions may well impact appetite for Russian oil shipments in London,” he told Financial Times on Sunday.

A similar move to ease anti-Russia sanctions was taken by the EU last month. On July 21, the EU Council allowed transactions needed for Russian state-owned companies to sell oil to third countries.

“With a view to avoid any potential negative consequences for food and energy security around the world, the EU decided to extend the exemption from the prohibition to engage in transactions with certain state-owned entities as regards transactions for agricultural products and the transport of oil to third countries,” the Council said at the time.

So we can keep our sanity I suggest:

1) We not care about any other side of the building except the one in the Q drops and LisaMI6

2) we take advantage of what we know. I would just count down from the top the floors as they are, 33 and 32 on down remembering those two are basically one. This way we can keep in mind the Russia Today offices on the 16th Floor and find them with ease later.

3) Another good dating tool regarding pics that TinEye has no date matches for, or outright wrong dates would be those two nightclubs. I lost the notes I had about those, but knowing when those two became tenants could help. Skyloft on 28th Floor is the one that's "urban and edgy" in adverts that is either classic British culture or "inspired by Brooklyn NY lofts." That one tends to have the hot pink lighting. Altitude 360 in the one that tries to be classy modern. What makes it hard about that one is corporate events there seems to be just plain white lights on but could be purple or blue for other times. I imagine both places would use the white lights for cleaning times. If we could see a dated pic that includes the Millbank, and knowing the operating hours of those clubs, we might be able to figure about what time the pic was taken as in say we know it was after hours because Skyloft has their white lights on. I would not go by any of those tour boats moored around there unless we can nail down their hours of operation like we did to JUPITER CLIPPER and her sisters before, iirc 10PM she is done working and headed home

4) I would not sweat the Floors below the 7th, where we know the Open Society Foundation has been as I think we have enough other floors to do light patterns with and there is that "Y" shaped part on the Northern side that may obscure the lower floors of the tower in some pics as well

The 25-DEC-2013-T seems like a great Anchor Point since we know exact date taken is a Holiday and would expect the building to be mostly empty, Security may just check doors, not enter and turn on lights. I'm a bit iffy on the RT offices but from all the pics I've gone over I'd think the part of the floor on that side has the lights closest to the Thames always on.

The St George is a bit useful, since we know when it was completed. We find a pic, camera position does not show the St George but would in out target timeframe and backed up by no coloured lights for the nightclubs, we can pass that pic by.

Respectfully disagree. The Open Society Foundation on the 7th floor may come in handy later if the lights change on different nights to indicate meetings or events but would be interesting to see if there is a constant with their lighting habits. Soros funding tells me they don't care about rent prices or utilities. I'm convinced there was another reason why they moved out. Big thing for me is the RT offices on the 16th floor. Journos working late is common so I'd expect those offices to be well lit every night except Christmas, the "exception that proves the rule." I will try to poke around later and see if there's any mentions of RT office parties for Christmas Eve or NYE unless another anon wants to try. I figure a good place to start is to find the constants, whose office is always lit so if the lights are out we have a marker. One thing that keeps sticking out to me when I see pics of Millbank at night is the lights on those two floors about 2/3 of the way up. Those two windows to the left (river side) on the upper floor seem to be lit in every pic just like the middle ones on the lower floor. I'm not concerned at this point to try and hunt up the tenants on every floor, just want to figure out which lights are normally on

What got my attention was the markings of 28 & 29, but the one floorplan shows a theatre I thought was on the ground floor so they may have something to do with the proposed cultural centre included in the renovation application from 2016 when they wanted to make apartments and a 5-star hotel

There's a key to the Millbank puzzle, we just haven't found it yet. Best I have gotten so far imho are the pics from those nightclubs showing cranes and purple hotels.
