I think this post’s comparison is the most illustrative. The 22DEC2013 pic is the stake in the ground most contemporaneous with the EMB pics, and having the pink/perple phenomonon it convinces me we are looking at the same phenomenon. Nao, looking at the 2012 and 2014 SV images, it looks like the 22DEC pic is much more foreshortened but can still be used with that in mind to place the building not far beyond Lambeth Bridge. I think you have found it.
To be more precise, I made a red arrow to point to the building I think is our perple bldg. based on Anon’s very gud comparison with SV images.
On reconsideration of a square opening feature on a building, it may be partially iluminated in its upper left by internal lighting. See pic. This would change my nomination for best perple building match to the building to which a perple arrow is pointed.

Sorry my eyes unable to make out CH3. Can you show us by outlining or something? Is this possibly another feature that confirms the wheelie bins being different? That was also CH3 right? So another evening perhaps? You know, the bin thing I could attrib to just later in the evening. The bike wheel thing though… I don’t see this night worker going out in the wee hours for a lunch break. Makes me lean towards him leaving his bike alone for his entire shift, which makes me think diff evening. If of course the CH3 pic is different.
