Re the red lights: Are they a constant red light? Or can they be a slow flashing?

I think the subject came up in the discussion of the red lights atop or behind the MILLBANK bldg to explain why a red light is seen in one picture but not seen in another of the EMB pics.

>What do you think of the halfmast flag?

Would need to first establish it is their practice to leave said flag up during evening hours. These are usually lit by floodlight per custom.

If that flag is always flown, 24hrs, then I might start to think some VIP had passed away.

>Having taken this dig as far as it seems possible, at this time, I am going to drop the crane and purple-building dig and turn to other possible refinements

I was just getting caught up. Could anon please give a short synopsis of the crane dig so far?

Not sure if anons have already noticed it but anon’s modification of ROT1 brings out what seems to be a red light (picrel) not seen in the original. Is that a crane?

So if the lights are on a long slow flash these two pics may show why an apparent red crane light is seen in one pic and not another. See also the red light atop MILLBANK (or that tall round bldg behind it?). There in one pic but not in the other.

If we think on a string of random slow blinking Christmas lights, there might be times when we see most or all lit. Of course the professional pics with even a minimal time lapse should probly catch them all. But a quick snap photographer taking surveillance pics in quick sequence might catch one or more crane lights/building lights in the darkened moment if slow flashing as our fren below has said. >>16767498

Some food for thought. It does explain the unlit red MILLBANK roof light in one? of the EMB pics.

And see this stock pic with what appears one crane light unlit. See how you can still make out current ripples in the water? The long exposure pics blur this out. >>16767481

>Could Anons help confirm the date take for each?

Well, speaking of just the 25DEC Getty pic only (which btw is 1 of 4 consecutive pics at sunset) I can only say that the Christmas village lights not being lit or populated, as that other open sauce pic (with the flag at half mast) shows the stalls lit and with people about, and it being sunset (not middle of the night) seems to confirm it is Christmas Day. No people and no lights at a time when the Christmas Village on the South Bank should be bustling.

As for the other, if anon has already looked at the meta data on the pic and can’t find moar, then this anon surely doesn’t have abilities beyond yours.

>Four on 10-AUG-2013-T

The one to the left of the Crowne Plaza is there, but lights not visible, I had to enlarge the image to see it standing there

Again, watch the water. Observe the chop? Likely not a time lapse pic when you can see it in detail like that. So just my theory, it could be the pic captured the crane with its light in the ‘off’ phase flashing.

Nao all we need is a nice long vid showing crane lights with a slow flashing. I seem to recall a long vid out there of a barge going up river. Unfortunately, when we view many of the vids we do, we are looking for something entirely different. Ugh. I dread tryna scare up that vid.
