Totally understand the "under the radar" so the cabal does not go nuts…but Rosenstein is on verge of being impeached. How could that be part of the plan?
As for Mueller…I understand Q said why did he talk to Meuller a day before the special counsel was assigned to him…but Mueller is/has dug into so much shit and is NOW being slammed in court like a drunk sriver into a telephone pole.

I can agree with your theory about this being "a movie" with actors.
And I also agree that the gov't has to be found in a known and proven corrupted state to have the plan fully be deployed.
But I just do not think that Rosenstein and Mueller are part of the plan.
However, your argument about the meeting ewtih Mueller and POTUS is tough to defend on my part….I do not know what they could have been talking about.
