A friend of mine is suffering.

Scheduled group/prayer meditation will start at the same time, (at the top of the hour), because you do not need leaders to do this. The shared time is purely for synchronicity and aid in collective consciousness.

Just do not be concerned if you notice me leave early or if you notice me leave sometime after it begins. I will still get my 11 minutes in as soon as possible.
