if it were me, i would watch everyone's hashes like a hawk like 8bit did back in the day, including bakers. i would keep a list of known hashes for bakers and if someone new wanted to bake, i would watch and take note of any fuckery. over time, anons and the BO would get to know different styles of baking but i wouldn't allow namefagging, avatarfagging, or any other obvious desperate attempts to identify themselves the way humans are wont to do. bakers should not have a cozy place to get to know one another and form alliances or be infiltrated. whether it's a thread, side board, or discord server.

further, i would set agreed upon baking standards (agreed upon by board staff, anons, and bakers) so that any fuckery is extra obvious and can be dealt with.

you know what else? posting hash history of shills, so all anons could come together and recognize who was here to do research and who was here to be a fucking shill - very effective. that creates camaraderie among anons and with the BO. board staff are the only ones who can see post history. anons are talking to one another handicapped and the fog of war is thick. BO should be able to identify, expose, and ban the enemy (at least temporarily). this requires good judgment and discernment. i understand some BVs went overboard with the banhammer. that's because they lacked judgment and discernment. someone in that position should have a some degree of emotional intelligence and spiritual discernment. Q told us to read the Bible. degenerate former (idk about current) board staff, have not listened.

doing this would also instill a healthy sense of "being watched" and competitiveness back into anons.

idiotic posts, facebook-like posts, repeat or old news, shit-tier memes, grandma speak and obvious femfagging should be shamed, not tolerated. good digs, memes, graphics, breaking news, original research and analysis should be acknowledged and highlighted. the more that happens, the more this place would get back to what it was originally - a place for Q and happenings research, digging, meming, praying (some shitposting too)
