Whoa Twitter was fucking screwing Elon through the entire process.Twitter is a fucking mess, theyโ€™ve lied to SEC for years and years

They limited the search by Elons team that was trying to estimate spam accounts, but they also mixed it with suspended accounts.

They fired two key high ranking employees, plus 3 top executives executive resigned, and they started laying off employees on July 7th. All of the changes were significant and in the contract Twitter had to get permission to make significant changes during this process:

Why would the fire these two? Maybe they would have told Elon the truth.

Revenue Product Leadthe guy that determines how much revenue they receive and how to increase revenue. This position would be able to reveal if their revenue in SEC report is true or made up

General Manager of Consumer. You can imagine what kind of info theyโ€™d get from this guy

Plus they refused to tell Musk the rules and process of why they suspend and ban people.

This letter is damning, attaching some examples, its on Scibd, would an anon download it and post

I think at first he was serious (or you might be right plenty of billionaire friends) but once made tge offer all kinds of twitter accounts started to reveal a lot of shit and dysfunctional procedures, banning well known a liked twitter handles, he was very interested when barenson back and said he wanted to get to the government pressuring twitter. The board was never serious about selling based on the letter they received. They screwed around for months.

And I think aftetr he got to know conservatives on the board he suspected some pretty evil stuff.

He has a rght to pull out but tye SEC has been trying to take down Tesla from day one, so if they donโ€™t investigate twitter over this then its obvious the evil get to live

But twtter is going down because investors will find out twitter never entered the agreement to sell it

Not in Berensons case, but they are desperate to sign people up. Iโ€™ve lurked unlimited times im the past, but now after a minute or two, they block site to see more you have to sign up. Twitter is desperate trying to replace the spam accounts
