Two ways to legally get Potato out of office…

1. Impeachment

2. Invoke the 25th Amendment

This last could be triggered by Congress if they use the option, by law to appoint a body to investigate his ability to discharge the duties of his office.

Potato could then declare himself fit, but the same commission could contest Potato's claim and the issue would be decided by a 2/3rds vote of both houses of Congress.

Like impeachment, probably wouldn't pass, but would be fun to watch the political theater take place.

Don't know what the Q have up their collective sleeves as part of the plan, but it's interesting to consider the options.

From Trump's rhetoric, it sounds like he is still advocating for the various states to recall their electors and put the whole Potato/KaMOOla administration out.

I'm for starting the process on any of these options - - sooner rather than later. I'd like to see Potato and his chippies out of office sometime in mid January!

The way I read the Presidential succession language, if there is even one day less than 2 years left in the Potato term and KaMOOla is also removed, then Trump could be appointed to fill out the rest of Potato's term and still be eligible to run in 2024 for another 4 year term.
