A huge fire spreads through the east of Rome
A vast fire in the east of Rome is engaging over one hundred firefighters and 50 vehicles of 115, assisted by carabinieri, police and municipal agents. The fire broke out in the park of Centocelle and in an area where there are several car wreckers , along viale Palmiro Togliatti, at the height of via Casilina, and then extended to the Torrespaccata area.

This is certainly being downplayed in the media. They say its all under control. It seems to be in the area of an archeological park and not affecting homes or buildings yet. But the Black Smoke is pretty subtantial.
