Troubling Anthony Bourdain quote… coincidentally (or not) over top of a Marina Abramovic quote. Still looking for them together at the same time. Spirit cookers hang together. Seems like they gave talks at the same venues, though in different years. They have some people who interviewed them and photographed them in common.

Anthony Bourdain // “Do we really want to travel in hermetically sealed pope mobiles through the rural provinces of France, Mexico and the Far East, eating only in Hard Rock Cafes and McDonalds? Or do we want to eat without fear, tearing into the local stew, the humble taqueria’s mystery meat, the sincerely offered gift of a lightly grilled fish head? I know what I want. I want it all. I want to try everything once.”

Interesting book titled "Serbian Sturgeon: Journal of a Visit to Belgrade" written by Anthony Howell.

It mentions Asia Argento's role in her father's movie "The Stendhal Syndrome". Her father's name is Dario Argento. Known as "The Italian Hitchcock". Looks creepy as fuck. And what type of father writes a part in a film for their daughter where they play a character who is raped repeatedly and becomes a murderer after being driven to psychosis by the rape?

The book also mentions Marina Abramovic - seems to be from a first person role. "It is very provincial, and we have been reduced to this feuding, this vendetta mentality, by the situation, and now, now because of this feuding, this vendetta mentality, by the situation, and now, now because of this feuding and back-biting, Marina Abramovic refuses to represent us at the Venice Biennale, and we have no one, no one of her stature to represent us."…..
