Yes… every few years, the cabal gives us a president we all think is great. Reagan, Trump. Makes us feel like "we are winning". Pumps us up, gets us all employed and re-energizes the spirit of the country to get back to work. This is when they feed and fatten the sheep.
After that president, we get those that will sheer us, fuck us and eat us until the cycle turns.
Regardless, they are in Germany (and others) under the NATO nuclear sharing program for use by the host country in the event of war.
Google it. I gave you the program name. Under peacetime they're under US control. During wartime, loaded on the host country planes for delivery if situation calls for it.
No, they dont have full control, but the equipment is in country. The bigger concern is if those countries physically took control of them. They could not detonate them, but they have all materials on hand to manufacture the weapons. Pretty sure Germany knows full well how to make them, and could do so if they had materials.
This was a specific concern back when Turkey had their little coup attempt and the B61s stored in Incirlik.
The statement made was that Germany did not have nuclear capability. They most certainly do have access to nukes if needed. I did acknowledge it would be difficult for them to act in a rogue state manner with them, but for purposes of defense of their country against nuclear attack, they are nuclear capable.
