That's Prosecuty! She was a prosecutor in the Kiev government, got appointed head prosecutor during the coup controlled riots on the Maidan. It was a setup. She saw what was happening and made a daring escape to Crimea. Kiev demanded Prosecuty be returned to be tried as a traitor. Instead, Crimea conducted a referendum and 97% of Crimeans voted to become Russians. The rest is history.
I do believe she is as as much courage as Putin. And she has just as much love for her country as he does. Who knows, she may take over when Putin decides it's time and if not, she will be close to the top. She's a hero of Russia.
