Over the weekend a number of items were shared on social media related to Hunter Biden. The information that we can confirm is the video that is going around showing Hunter in a transaction for crack cocaine while naked.

In the video (that we won’t share here) Hunter is discussing the size of the amount of crack cocaine being measured on a small scale. A female voice says something about the amounts on the scale and then Hunter concurs.

Here are some pictures from the account related to this transaction. In the pictures Hunter is naked. The scale is in the video.

This video was found on Hunter Biden’s laptop from a backup of his phone. This criminal act should have landed him in prison for years. WHERE ARE THE FEDS?

We can confirm that this video and pictures are accurate because TGP has had access to this information since the fall of 2020. TGP had access to this phone backup information housed on Hunter’s laptop for this entire time.

TGP has published information no one else has from this laptop. For example, we posted that Hunter had a pornhub account where he stored pictures of a family member among other items. This was reported shortly before the 2020 Election. Big Tech censored this article.

TGP doesn’t have access to the cloud or a Hunter Biden cloud account because at this time we believe there likely is nothing on the cloud. We base this on the fact that the pornhub account reported above was edited after our reporting – it was cleaned up. The original account had his family member’s picture.

We reported previously also that there was only a limited amount of space on Hunter’s laptop and there was no more room for additional files on the laptop that others were sharing.

Biden Regime and Feds are Buying Cell Phone Location Data on Millions of Americans Through Private Brokers – Same Type of Data Used by ‘2000 Mules’ Investigators

Big brother just got a little bigger with the help of corporate America.

A new bombshell report by the Electronic Freedom Foundation (EFF) has blown the lid off of the “vast, secretive” partnership between private companies and the federal government to surveil and track the movements of millions of people.

According to the EFF, the Biden Regime’s alphabet agencies, including ICE, the FBI, US Secret Service, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), and the Department of Defense (DoD), as well as state and local law enforcement, are being funneled hordes of private cell phone location data by private brokers who harvest the information.

This is the same tactic that Gregg Phillips, Catherine Engelbrecht, and True The Vote used for their investigation into the mail-in ballot dropbox fraud during the 2020 election. The cell phone location data collected by this group was used to identify the network of Democrat operatives who committed mass election fraud, as seen in the recently-released documentary “2000 Mules.”

Well, unfortunately – yet, predictably – the strategy has quickly been turned against the American people for the benefit of the DC Swamp.

Using similar data brokers, the feds are now able to purchase millions of records en masse about the private location of law-abiding citizens – which, surely, is something that should amount to a serious violation of our right to privacy under the 4th amendment. However, many apps on mobile devices actively track and record a user’s location at all times, which the federal government takes full advantage of.

Once a user allows an app access to their location, the company essentially has “free reign” to share the data with nearly no restrictions. Once it is harvested, the government comes along and buys the data in bulk and uses it in surveillance operations, according to the EFF report.

Little is known about the specifics of how this data is being used.

“Once in government hands, the data is used by the military to spy on people overseas, by ICE to monitor people in and around the U.S., and by criminal investigators like the FBI and Secret Service…

Rep. Lauren Boebert Reported to FBI for Tweet Saying ‘We Need to Terminate this Presidency’

Republican Congresswomen Lauren Boebert was reported to the FBI on Sunday after she posted a simple response to Biden’s latest speech on her Twitter account.

“We need to terminate this presidency,” she wrote, adding: “End quote. Repeat the line.”

She was mocking Biden, who said “presidency” instead of “pregnancy” last week when referring to a 10-year-old child’s abortion rights.

“Ten years old and she was forced to travel out of the state to Indiana to seek to terminate the presidency and maybe save her life,” the president said on Jul 8, referring to a now questionable tale of a child who was allegedly forced to travel from Ohio to Indiana for an abortion.

Natural Immunity 97% Effective Against Severe COVID-19 After 14 Months: Study

The protection against severe illness from so-called natural immunity remains superior to the protection bestowed by COVID-19 vaccines, according to a new study.

People who survived COVID-19 infection and were not vaccinated had sky-high protection against severe or fatal COVID-19, researchers in Qatar found.

“Effectiveness of primary infection against severe, critical, or fatal COVID-19 reinfection was 97.3 percent … irrespective of the variant of primary infection or reinfection, and with no evidence for waning. Similar results were found in sub-group analyses for those ≥50 years of age,” Dr. Laith Abu-Raddad, with Weill Cornell Medicine-Qatar, and colleagues said after studying long-term natural immunity in unvaccinated people.

That percentage is higher than the protection from COVID-19 vaccines, according to other studies and real-world data.

Swedish researchers, for instance, found in May that two doses of a vaccine were just 54 percent effective against the Omicron variant of COVID-19.

South African scientists, meanwhile, found the effectiveness of the AstraZeneca and Pfizer vaccines peaked at 88 percent, and quickly dropped to 70 percent or lower.

The Qatar group found natural immunity for over 14 months after a person’s first infection “remains very strong, with no evidence for waning, irrespective of variant.”

The study was published ahead of peer review on the website medRxiv.

Few researchers have studied natural immunity long-term among unvaccinated persons, in part because many of the people have eventually received a COVID-19 vaccine.

The vaccines, meanwhile, have waned against both infection and severe illness over time, triggering recommendations for booster doses, with some Americans even getting five doses within 10 months.

Natural Immunity Performs Poorly Against Reinfection

The vaccines were once said to provide close to 100 percent protection against symptomatic infection. They now provide under 50 percent protection against infection after a short period of time, even after booster doses, following the emergence of Omicron.

US Marshals Apprehend 13 Sex Offenders in Iowa Wanted for Crimes Against Children

The U.S. Marshals Service has arrested 13 of the most wanted sex offenders in Iowa, authorities say.

All of the fugitives were non-compliant with Iowa’s Sex Offender Registry, and seven had former convictions for “crimes against children under the age of 13,” U.S. Marshals said in a news release on Friday.

“Operation Most Wanted” was conducted by the U.S. Marshals Northern Iowa Fugitive Task Force. Two guns, ammunition and drugs were seized, the release said.

Three new criminal cases were presented to the U.S. Attorney’s Office, US Marshals said.

“Much of the success of this operation can be attributed to the vigilant efforts of our community members,” Supervisory Deputy US Marshal Phil Hartung said in the release. “Throughout this operation, tips were received through the Iowa Sex Offender Registry’s tipline and through the United State Marshals tipline.”

Cash rewards are being offered to those with information that leads directly to the arrest of sex offenders who are not in compliance with the Iowa Sex Offender Registry, which became law on July 1, 1995.

“Ensuring our community’s safety is a continual effort, and our Deputy Marshals in Iowa will continue to track these offenders who are deliberately out of compliance,” acting U.S. Marshal for the District of Northern Iowa Chris Barther said in the statement.

“The Department of Justice’s (DOJ) Project Safe Childhood relies upon the ongoing efforts and relationships between law enforcement agencies, nonprofit entities (including schools), advocacy organizations and many others to protect and defend children against sexual exploitation and abuse.”

There are 49 sex offenders remaining on Iowa’s Most Wanted.

Ex-Saudi spy calls MBS ‘psychopath,’ threat to the US ahead of Biden visit

Saad Aljabri, once the number two official in Saudi intelligence, said the crown prince runs a vicious gang of mercenaries called the “Tiger Squad” that he uses to carry out kidnappings and killings, including the murder of Khashoggi at the Saudi consulate in Istanbul in 2018.

“I am here to sound the alarm about a psychopath, killer, in the Middle East with infinite resources, who poses threat to his people, to the Americans and to the planet​,” Aljabri told CBS News’ “60 Minutes” in an interview that aired Sunday.

By then, Aljabri, fearing for his life, had already left the country and after the coup fled to Canada, where he lives in exile.

On the day of the coup, Aljabri said, two of his children were put in Saudi prisons. Since then, his son-in-law was kidnapped from a third country and returned to the kingdom, where he was tortured.

Navy Sailor Found Dead Onboard USS Carl Vinson Docked in California

A sailor assigned to the USS Carl Vinson was found dead on board aircraft carrier over the weekend while it was docked in California, the U.S. Navy confirmed.

In accordance with Department of Defense policy, the identity of the deceased sailor will be withheld for at least 24 hours until the primary next of kin have been notified, the Navy said in a July 10 news release.

“The Navy is investigating the circumstances of the death and there are no indications of suicide or foul play,” according to the release.

The sailor was “discovered unresponsive” on July 10 while the aircraft carrier was docked at the Naval Air Station North Island, located in San Diego. The Navy Region Southwest Federal Fire Department pronounced the sailor dead at the scene.

According to the USNI News Fleet Tracker, the USS Carl Vinson returned to San Diego’s naval air station in mid-February after an eight-month deployment.

During the deployment, the carrier sailed more than 80,000 miles over a 262-day period and conducted duel-carrier operations and exercises, including maritime security operations, integrated training between surface and air united, long-range maritime strike, anti-submarine warfare, personnel recovery, formation maneuvering, and refueling-at-sea operations.

“The strike group operated in some of the most heavily navigated waters of the Indo-Pacific including the South China Sea and the Philippine Sea,” the Navy said in a statement at the time.

While at sea, an F-35C Lightning II combat jet suffered a “landing mishap” on the deck of the USS Carl Vinson in late January, resulting in several injuries for sailors aboard the carrier.

The accident injured seven sailors, and three of them were sent to a medical facility in the Philippines. The other four sailors were treated aboard the carrier.

The mishap occurred as the Carl Vinson Carrier Strike Group was on a combat drill in the South China Sea with the Abraham Lincoln Carrier Strike Group.

British Govt Has No Idea How Much It Owes Russia, China, Other Foreign Govts

The British government has insisted it has no idea how much debt it owes to foreign states, including basically hostile powers such as Russia and Communist China.

The Cabinet Office, which supports the Prime Minister and acts as “the corporate headquarters for government, in partnership with HM Treasury”, according to its website, was asked by Breitbart London to disclose “any complete or partial estimates of foreign official holdings (holdings by foreign governments and central banks) of British government and/or Bank of England debt”, as well as debt owed to foreign Sovereign Wealth Funds (SWFs) and foreign State/Government-Owned Enterprises (SOEs/GOEs), under the Freedom of Information Act.

Incredibly, the Cabinet Office responded that “following a search of our paper and electronic records, we have established that the information you requested is not held” and suggested contacting the Treasury — but they have also previously claimed they have no idea how much money the British state owes to foreign states.

Breitbart London requested an internal review of this response, not finding it credible that Cabinet ministers are unable to be told how much of the country’s massive annual debt interest payments — £69.9 billion in FYE March 2022; far more than all military spending, for example — are going into the coffers of Vladimir Putin and Xi Jinping, among others.

It seems absolutely probably that, for national security purposes at least, the government must know how much money it owes to foreign governments — knowledge that would inform its policy towards not only the likes of Russia and China, with whom it is often engaged in sanctions clashes, but also countries like Saudi Arabia, from which ministers often try to solicit investments.

Certainly it seems important that the public should know how much of their taxes are going towards paying debts to foreign governments, and how big those debts are.

Regardless, the Cabinet Office did not respond to Breitbart London’s request for an internal review within 20 working days, as is standard, or even within 40 working days, which is allowed in exceptional circumstances.

Indeed, it did not respond at all until Breitbart’s complaint was made to the Information Commissioner, who wrote to the Cabinet Office instructing it to complete the internal review.

However, when this came it simply reiterated its earlier claim that “the Cabinet Office does not hold any information in scope of your request”.

This means that, if the Cabinet Office and HM Treasury are being truthful, the government has no idea how much money it is handing over to foreign governments on an annual basis — a glaring hole in its knowledge base when conducting foreign policy and making decisions on things like sanctions, which can have severe economic consequences.

World Economic Forum: Gas Prices Must Go Even Higher — to Save Democracy

The World Economic Forum (WEF) released a position paper Monday that inexorably links two claimed global crises as one – “climate change” and the “decline of democracy.”

It says fighting the former can save the latter as long as consumers stop burning coal, oil, and gas in exchange for green renewables.

The WEF paper argues for the past 15 years, democracy has been in decline worldwide. To protect and promote freedom, “leading democracies must strengthen their economies and safeguard liberty.”

It goes on to say ignoring progress toward a “low-carbon economy could put democracies in greater economic peril, not less” while repeating the broader demand of environmental activists for companies to stop investing fossil fuels.

Russia’s invasion of Ukraine has brought renewed focus on this economic weakness, the WEF says.

What is the answer for the U.S. and Europe? Pricing the alternatives to green energy out of the market. It says:

First, leading democracies should agree to end the underpricing of fossil fuels, which is the principal factor preventing a clean energy transition. The underpricing associated with producing and burning coal, oil and gas amounted to $5.9 trillion in economic costs in 2020. Nearly a quarter of these losses – $1.45 trillion – occurred in 48 major and smaller democracies.

The leading democracies of the G20 should collectively commit to phasing out cost and tax breaks for the production and consumption of fossil fuels. They should also phase in more efficient pricing of fossil fuels through taxes or tradable permits to cover the costs of local air pollution, global warming, and other economic damages.

The paper goes on to argue that compliance can and must be enforced.

Taxes can be imposed on carbon-intensive imports to reduce the risk of unfair competition for their domestic industries “and to deter companies from relocating overseas to avoid compliance at home.”

Forcing other economies to reform their under-pricing of fossil fuels to avoid the penalties imposed by the policy should also be actively pursued, according to the WEF, with U.S. President Joe Biden already committed to punishing the fossil fuel industry out of existence.

Liberal Billionaire Bill Gates Urges Governments to Invest In Orwellian Digital ‘Payment and ID Systems’

Billionaire Microsoft co-founder Bill Gates flexed his leftist bona fides by advocating for world governments to centralize control over digital payments.

A June 29 World Bank press release stated that following the COVID-19 pandemic, “Two-thirds of adults worldwide now make or receive a digital payment, with the share in developing economies grew [sic] from 35% in 2014 to 57% in 2021.”

The press release, which was based on findings from the Gates-supported 2021 Global Findex database, noted that “over 40% of adults who made merchant in-store or online payments using a card, phone, or the internet did so for the first time since the start of the pandemic.”

Gates suggested in the press release that governments exploit this development and start investing in Orwellian digital public infrastructures for payments and ID systems.

“By investing in digital public infrastructure and technologies for payment and ID systems and updating regulations to foster innovation and protect consumers, governments can build on the progress reported in the Findex and expand access to financial services for all who need them,” Gates fawned in a statement. “The world has a crucial opportunity to build a more inclusive and resilient economy and provide a gateway to prosperity for billions of people.” [Emphasis added.]

In a report that blew the lid off Gates’s phony virtue-posturing, Reclaim The Net stated that digital payment infrastructures would go far “[b]eyond simply keeping an ever watchful eye over what citizens are up to.” Disturbingly, “[G]overnments would also be able to decide on more radical and in immediate terms much more damaging moves, such as cutting people off from their money,” Reclaim The Net noted.

Canada’s recent throttling of the digital accounts associated with truckers protesting the country’s harsh COVID-19 mandates illustrated how blocking people’s access to their money was “perfectly doable even without centralized, government-issued digital money,” Reclaim The Net stated. Gates’s draconian sentiment on the matter of centralized digital payment systems is especially chilling given the Federal Reserve’s recent push to explore a government-managed digital currency. Fed Chairman Jerome Powell said in a statement just under two weeks before Gates’s comments that “we are examining whether a U.S. central bank digital currency would improve upon what is an already safe and efficient domestic payment system. As our white paper on this topic notes, a U.S. CBDC could also potentially help maintain the dollar’s international standing.”

More COVID Waste: Biden White House Paying $10.6 Billion for Pfizer’s COVID-19 Paxlovid Flop

Back in November 2021, the White House paid drugmaker Pfizer nearly $5.3 billion ($5,290,000,000) for 10 million treatment courses of its experimental COVID-19 treatment. Paxlovid is an antiviral combination of nirmatrelvir and ritonavir.

Ritonavir was developed in 1989 and nirmatrelvir was developed in 2020. In other words, Paxlovid wasn’t developed from scratch to treat COVID-19; the compounds already existed.

In December 2021 Pfizer claimed initial study findings showed that Paxlovid cut the risk of hospitalization and death by nearly 90% in people with mild to moderate coronavirus infections. Without context this statement is grossly misleading. Just about everyone who gets the existing COVID-19 mutation will have mild or moderate disease yet, the drugmaker limited its study to people who were unvaccinated and who faced the greatest risk from the virus due to age or health problems, such as obesity. An updated more recent analysis from 1,153 patients (out of a possible 2,246 patients) showed a lackluster, non-significant 51% relative risk reduction. A sub-group analysis of 721 vaccinated adults with at least one risk factor for progression to severe COVID-19 showed a non-significant relative risk reduction in hospitalization or death (treatment arm: 3/361; placebo: 7/360)

According to Pfizer’s official June 14th 2022 press release, results from the Phase 2/3 of the amended Paxlovid EPIC-SR (Evaluation of Protease Inhibition for COVID-19 in Standard-Risk Patients) study showed:

Paxlovid, the novel primary endpoint of self-reported, sustained alleviation of all symptoms for four consecutive days was not met.

Pfizer will cease enrollment into the EPIC-SR trial due to low rate of hospitalization or death in the standard-risk population.

Tucked within Pfizer’s press release was the following financial nugget for investors: “The results from these additional analyses are not expected to impact Pfizer’s full-year 2022 revenue guidance.” The reason for that is: Pfizer already has $5.3 billion in hand from taxpayers, and has locked in “blockbuster status” (defined as one billion dollars in sales of a single drug).

In addition to the $5.3 billion already committed, in January the U.S. announced a confidential additional “commitment” to order an additional 10 million doses (at the price of 5.3 billion dollars more, for a total of $10.6 billion) giving Pfizer highly sought after “super blockbuster status” (defined as having 10 billion dollars in sales of a single drug). “The administration is firmly committed to proceeding with the (additional) purchase” a White House official stated in April 2022.

Health minister wants to be able to KILL children up to age 12!

Proposal made to 'alleviate' suffering of those with serious illnesses

Dutch health minister Ernst Kuipers has introduced a proposal to parliament that would allow euthanasia for young children aged one through 12. The Netherlands already boasts some of the most relaxed euthanasia laws in the world, including allowing death for children who are over the age of 12, and for babies under age one who are thought to be terminally ill.

According to NL Times, Kuipers believes that euthanasia should be allowed for children ages one through 12 who “are expected to die in the foreseeable future,” without any recourse for relieving their suffering. He believes that it will only affect “a small group of terminally ill children who suffer hopelessly and unbearably and for whom all options of palliative care are insufficient to alleviate their suffering.”

The medical community appears to be behind the idea — Kuipers made the proposal after an appeal from a group of pediatricians — while Euro Weekly reports that the “vast majority” of 72 doctors surveyed said they were in support of euthanasia for children who were experiencing acute suffering.

Ultimately, it will be the parents who will be the ones deciding to euthanize their children, as both will be required to consent to the procedure. Additionally, a doctor must affirm that there is no possibility of a cure or treatment to relieve the child’s suffering, and this must be confirmed by an independent third party. Finally, they must discuss this decision with the child in a “manner appropriate to the child’s comprehension.”

While these stipulations are meant to make the euthanasia of young children appear like a carefully-planned act of mercy, there is no instance in which it is ethical to kill a child — even if that child is suffering. Young children are incapable of giving free consent to their own deaths, and they will be particularly vulnerable to coercion if their own parents are the ones who are suggesting or allowing it. What these children need is better palliative and comfort care, and a dedicated medical team who will do everything possible to make sure they are well cared for.

Sanctuary State New Jersey Creates $60M ‘Slush Fund’ for Illegal Aliens

The sanctuary state of New Jersey has created a $60 million “slush fund” for about 100,000 illegal aliens, Republicans say.

The plan is part of a budget deal by Gov. Phil Murphy (D) where illegal aliens in New Jersey are expected to receive taxpayer-funded stimulus checks, New Jersey 101.5 reports:

Language added to the budget allows Murphy to allocate $300 million from the state’s share of federal COVID recovery funds without needing the Legislature’s agreement through a vote of the Joint Budget Oversight Committee, or JBOC. [Emphasis added]

Those allocations can’t be larger than $20 million without JBOC approval – except for one $60 million allocation. That happens to be large enough to cover the $53 million fund Murphy proposed in March to pay $500 each to over 100,000 immigrants with an Individual Taxpayer Identification Number, or ITIN. Elected Republicans have called the plan a “slush fund” intended to transfer New Jersey taxpayer dollars to illegal aliens.

“The Democrats who control the legislature know that Gov. Murphy’s program giving big cash payments to illegal immigrants is so unpopular with most New Jerseyans that they were afraid to fund it directly in the state budget,” State Sen. Jim Holzapfel (R) said.

“Instead, they created a slush fund that Gov. Murphy controls that appears to have been designed specifically to continue making these ridiculous payments,” Holzapfel continued.

Just last month, Murphy was accused of improperly giving $10 million in Chinese coronavirus funds to illegal aliens in the form of stimulus checks. The allegation came after Murphy provided the state’s nearly half a million illegal aliens with stimulus checks.

US announces $368 million in additional humanitarian aid to Ukraine

U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken announced a new round of humanitarian aid to Ukraine, with nearly $368 million worth of assistance going on top of previously announced military support.

“Today, I can announce the United States will provide nearly $368 million in additional support,” Blinken said on July 9 following his meeting with Group of 20 (G20) ministers in Indonesia.

He said the aid would include “food, safe drinking water, cash assistance, emergency health care, shelter, as well as support to coordination among humanitarian organizations that are doing so much of this critical work on the ground.”

“More than 11 million people in Ukraine — 11 million people — have fled their homes since the aggression began. That is more than a quarter of Ukraine’s entire population. The needs are tremendous and they’ll only increase as the war continues,” he said.

Since Russia’s February 24 invasion, the United States has provided $1.28 billion in humanitarian aid to Ukraine, USAID said.

Blinken said the United States has provided $7.2 billion in military assistance to Ukraine since Russia launched its “brutal, unprovoked, full-scale invasion of Ukraine,” including $2.2 billion over the past several weeks.

On July 8, the White House announced a new weapons package worth up to $400 million, including four more high-mobility artillery rocket systems and more ammunition.

The rocket systems, known as HIMARS, allow Ukrainian forces to target Russian positions from further distances and with greater accuracy than regular artillery. With the new shipment, Ukraine will have 12 HIMARS in all in operation.

Australian Minister Proposed The Idea Of Using Digital ID System To De-anonymize Social Media Users

Employees at the Digital Transformation Agency (DTA) have opposed the use of the Australian government’s proposed digital identity scheme to de-anonymize social media accounts. Former minister for employment, workforce, skills, small and family business Robert Stewart proposed the use as a way to stop online trolling, Crikey reported.

The Australian government has been exploring ways to verify the age and identity of citizens online. The DTA has drafted the Trusted Digital Identity Bill and the eSafety Commissioner has been looking into an age verification program to help determine the age of anyone using a device to access the internet. Such proposals have been made by governments around the world and have 🛡 raised several privacy and free speech concerns.

Leaked minutes and a memo from an October 2021 meeting between the DTA and the Office of the eSafety Commissioner suggest that DTA employees were surprised to hear former minister Stuart Robert suggesting, in a Sky News interview, that the digital identity scheme could be used to identify people behind anonymous social media accounts.

“It’s not a big step to go forward to say: well, hang on, maybe we should be using digital identity for […] areas where identity needs to be proven,” the minister said at the time.

“Has the DTA been requested to take any action relating to these public comments?” a section of the memo from the eSafety Commissioner’s office read.

Minutes from the meeting reveal that DTA employees opposed the use of the digital ID scheme for deanonymizing social media accounts: “Noted they are still trying to keep other ideas/suggestions for the digital ID at bay.”

Barr subpoenaed in Dominion defamation case against Fox News

Former Attorney General William Barr has been issued a subpoena in connection with Dominion Voting Systems defamation lawsuit against Fox News, court records show.

A filing made in Delaware Superior Court and dated July 8 indicated Barr had been sent a subpoena as Dominion works to prove Fox knowingly aired false information about the company following the 2020 election.

Dominion filed a $1.6 billion lawsuit against Fox last March, alleging the conservative cable news giant had aired defamatory claims made on its airwaves falsely suggesting the company engaged in fraud during the 2020 election.

Barr famously broke with Trump following the election, saying the Department of Justice had found no evidence of widespread voter fraud in the election as the former president and many of his allies had claimed.

The former attorney general’s comments on Trump and his claims of voter fraud have been a central feature of the evidence laid out by the House select committee investigating the Jan. 6, 2021 attack on the U.S. Capitol.

“My opinion then and my opinion now is that the election was not stolen by fraud,” Barr said during taped testimony played during a recent committee hearing, adding nothing he’d seen since then had changed his opinion.

In a recent filing, Dominion’s legal team argued Fox News owner Rupert Murdoch “decided to promote former President Trump’s narrative after Trump’s condemnation of Fox damaged its stock and viewership.”

Delaware Superior Court Judge Eric M. Davis last month denied a motion from Fox Corp. to dismiss the the suit, writing that the voting systems company “adequately states a claim for defamation per se against Fox Corporation based on its theory of direct liability.”

Abortion Doctor at Heart of #Shes10 Viral Horror Story Was Accused of Failing to Report Underaged Abortions

Dr. Caitlin Bernard loves the spotlight. The Indiana abortionist gets interviewed on television and in print whenever abortion laws seek to limit her big abortion business. Recently, Bernard’s claims about a 10-year-old rape victim who she says came across state lines from Ohio to Indiana for an abortion, went viral, and the attention Bernard is now getting might not be the kind she likes.

After PJ Media fact-checked this tale and could find no corroborating evidence, the Washington Post finally caught up and found the exact same thing. Now Bernard is under fire for either making up this story or not reporting a child rape to authorities, which she is required to do as a mandated reporter. Failure to do so could result in Bernard losing her medical license.

But some digging into Bernard uncovered that she has been in exactly this same kind of trouble before. Indiana Right to Life audited termination of pregnancy reports that are public records in 2018 and found that nine abortion doctors allegedly failed to report underaged abortions to the health department as required by law. Bernard was one of them.

Forty-eight consumer complaints have been filed against nine Indiana abortion doctors who have allegedly failed to follow the legal reporting requirements to protect young children from sex abuse. The doctors are: Jeffrey Glazer, Caitlin Bernard, Cassandra Cashman, Carol Dellinger, Mandy Gittler, Kathleen Glover, Martin Haskell, Resad Pasic and Sarah Turner. They are employed at all licensed Indiana abortion facilities: Women’s Med Center in Indianapolis, Clinic for Women in Indianapolis, and Planned Parenthood in Indianapolis, Lafayette, Bloomington and Merrillville. Some of the girls under 16 years old who had abortions that weren’t reported to DCS were as young as 12 and 13. The alleged 48 instances of failure to report occurred since July 1, 2017. The 48 consumer complaints have been filed with Indiana Attorney General Curtis Hill and the Indiana State Department of Health. The Marion, Lake, Tippecanoe and Monroe county prosecutors have also been notified.

The state of Indiana requires that all abortions performed on girls under the age of seventeen be reported to the health department and social services within three days. Law enforcement uses these reports to determine if the minor was the victim of abuse or rape. But apparently, Bernard and some of her colleagues don’t think it’s important or necessary to make sure that the girls on whom they perform abortions get justice against rapists.

Did Bernard report this alleged 10-year-old rape victim to Indiana authorities as she was required to by law? That is the big question, and it’s one we are going to get to the bottom of. Canadian mRNA Expert Suspended for Criticizing COVID Vaccine for Children

A Canadian expert in messenger RNA (mRNA) was suspended for two months without pay for criticizing the Wuhan coronavirus (COVID-19) vaccine for children.

Dr. Patrick Provost, microbiology and immunology professor at the Université Laval (ULaval) in Quebec province, was punished for remarks he made in front of a panel of doctors and scientists back in December 2021. He said that the risks of injecting children with an experimental gene-altering mRNA COVID shot outweigh the potential benefits.

His remarks were not without basis as he studies mRNA in his own laboratory as part of his position at the university.

“Being censored for doing what I’ve been trained to do – and hired to do – well, it’s hard to believe,” said Provost. “I had some concerns about something, [so] I searched the literature, I prepared a speech [and] delivered it to the public.

The professor only learned on June 14 that ULaval was suspending him for eight weeks without pay.

“We need to be allowed to question again,” Provost remarked. “We should be able to discuss any ideas [and] any opinions. Because I express opinions against the narrative of the government, I was suspended.”

Provost was not the only academic who was punished for standing up against COVID-19 vaccines for children. ULaval also suspended biology professor Nicolas Derome for bringing up his concerns about the shots back in November 2021.

Simon Viviers, vice president of ULaval’s faculty union, said a grievance against the “attack on academic freedom” had been filed. He added that the penalties on Provost and Derome will make other professors think twice about making public comments on certain issues.

“To allow [a university] to judge the validity of the comments made by a university professor in public and to sanction him in this manner is extremely problematic,” he commented. “It could really have a dissuasive effect [and] even lead to self-censorship.”

Pinal County elections officials have reportedly sent out 63,000 erroneous ballots to voters ahead of the August 2nd Primary Election.

A deputy county attorney recently told Shedd she could no longer contact county elections officials about the problem. And now county officials have admitted that the voter ID card problem was just the tip of the iceberg.

Shedd spoke with AZ Free News about her experience and her frustration that the county has now acknowledged it sent about 63,000 voters in some Pinal County cities and towns incomplete ballots due to issues with precinct address coding.

And an undisclosed number of voters in unincorporated areas of the county community received ballots listing municipal races the voters are not eligible to cast a vote for.

“This is an absolute disaster which is not a Republican or Democrat issue, this hurts everyone,” Shedd says. “It is a huge problem to receive a ballot for an election that we are not qualified to vote in, and to be denied the opportunity to vote in your own city’s elections Is it any wonder people are questioning whether our elections are free and fair?”

For Shedd, concerns about the 2022 Primary Election started several weeks ago with the receipt of their voter ID cards.

“My family and I have been trying to get our address corrected for weeks after we noticed our town was changed on our voter ID cards from Eloy to Casa Grande,” said Shedd, adding that she was concerned their ballots would be challenged due to the incorrect address issue.

However, she says the Pinal County Recorder’s Office “was hostile” toward her queries and then a deputy county attorney told Shedd to stop calling election officials about the discrepancy.

Australians forced to endure lines for Covid-19 tests may soon be able to do DIY PCR swabs at home as the country is battered by another wave of the pandemic.

More than 70,000 new infections and 89 deaths were reported nationwide over the weekend with experts warning virus case numbers and deaths are spiking due to the spread of the Omicron BA.4 and BA.5 variants.

Queensland-based company Elamaan Health recently won regulator approval for a PCR home test-kid the company is calling a 'game-changer' in detecting the virus.

The EasyNAT Covid-19 RNA (RiboNucleic Acid) test is described as highly sensitive and can detect all known variants of the Covid-19 virus.

Elamann Health claims its test is as accurate as a laboratory PCR test and can provide results within 55 minutes.

The Therapeutic Goods Administration signed off on the easyNAT test on June 17.

So far, the test has only been sold to authorities, and neither the TGA or Elamaan Health have specified when the tests may be available to the general public.

Rapid antigen tests currently sold in Australian stores can only determine an active virus in a person's body.

RATs are unable to detect small amounts of the virus or asymptomatic cases as accurately as a PCR swab.

Former F1 chief Bernie Ecclestone is to be charged over an alleged £400m fraud following an HMRC probe.

The CPS has authorised the action over allegations of fraud by false representation.

It follows what HMRC called a 'complex and worldwide criminal investigation'.

Andrew Penhale, Chief Crown Prosecutor, said: 'The CPS has reviewed a file of evidence from HMRC and has authorised a charge against Bernard Ecclestone of fraud by false representation in respect of his failure to declare to HMRC the existence of assets held overseas believed to be worth in excess of £400m.
