Jodie Foster: I’d Rather Robots Own Guns Than Humans

"Just unfathomable with me"

Actress Jodie Foster would prefer complete unthinking, unfeeling, soulless robots own guns rather than sentient human beings.

Speaking with IndieWire to promote her latest film "Hotel Artemis," Foster said that since humans have too many raging emotions, only robots can be trusted with guns.

"I mean, I’d be much more comfortable having robots have them, but we are designed to have emotions that overflow and that are not guided by our heads," she told IndieWire.

"To have sentient beings that are completely and entirely guided by their emotions have the power to administer life or death using one kilowatt of energy in a nanosecond is just unfathomable with me," she added.

I mean, come on, trust her judgement. She's sipping cocktails next to a child rapist. Kind of hilarious.

Obama did an OTR with Anthony Bourdain down a narrow ramshackle alleyway in a neighborhood called Me Tri. A heavy rain created pools of muddy water in the ground as crowds of onlookers were scrunched to the sides of the road trying to keep under awnings to stay drive. Also the motorcade vehicles blocked most of the width of the road. The president met with Bourdain in a small complex at a bend in the road where his limo was parked. Your pool was led out to get a quick spray. Potus was in shirtsleeves and Bourdain dressed casually, they were apparently not eating per WH but doing an interview. They shook hands and Potus walked across the street to shake hands. It was pandemonium as the crowds shouted and reached for him and secret service tried to maintain order in the pelting rain. Your pooler was jostled and pushed back into a motorcade vehicle. After a couple minutes Potus turned and enters his limo and pool returned to press vans. By 1:30 pm<x-apple-data-detectors://0we were rolling for airport.
