there is no common ground when one considers it life and the other a medical procedure. They feel they are being denied medical treatment. They don't see life, they see burden. You are correct they have to do this so the trauma of murdering another does not phase them they have to disassociate and those who have always suffer after lifetime psych problems because they have to justify so hard but their hearts know the truth.
